Agentforce Sales in Slack brings AI sales agents directly into Slack so sellers can prospect, manage pipelines, prep for meetings, and close deals where they already get work done with their teams. Powered by Salesforce MCP, it unifies sales agents, CRM data, and enterprise context in one place.

Sellers get access to all of their permissioned Salesforce data and AI agents without switching tools. Sales activity in Slack auto-syncs to Salesforce, keeping CRM data clean without extra effort. Sellers can even see Slack conversations surfaced in Salesforce, so deal information is complete when you log into your CRM.

Primary users are AEs and SDRs who need to manage deals, work with cross-functional teammates, and update their CRM without leaving Slack. It's also ideal for sales leaders who need a single place to work with their sales teams.

In Slack, click on your workspace name. Then, go to Tools & Settings and select Manage Salesforce Organizations. Paste in your Salesforce custom domain (found in My Domain settings), choose email or federated ID for user mapping, and hit Request Connection. Back in Salesforce, approve the connection, then activate it.
