Ian Douglas

Ian is an experienced technology advisor and leader, with over 18 years focused on customer-centred digital experiences. He has spent an equal part of his career in the technology post-sales delivery space, and pre-sales leadership roles. Ian has worked with customers globally, and in many industries, to realise their digital ambitions. He is currently privileged to lead a talented group of Solution Engineers who support the ASEAN region in Salesforce's Service and Platform businesses. Outside of work, Ian's favourite things are spending time with his wife and two kids, executing saucer passes, sinking birdie putts, and brewing/drinking speciality coffee.
