Cheryl Goh is the Group Vice President of Marketing and Sustainability at Grab, and a member of the early founding team. She leads marketing and social impact in over 400 cities across eight countries, covering all of Grab’s business verticals including Mobility, Deliveries and Financial Services. In her role, she shapes strategy behind Grab’s brand and reputation, leads teams across end-to-end marketing, and drives social impact programs to improve the quality of lives in Southeast Asia.

Joshua comes with 8 years of startup experience, leading Marketing and CRM teams to reach a multitude of growth and customer-centric milestones. He is currently Head of CRM at NTUC FairPrice, where he is working to bridge communication touchpoints across online and offline channels to achieve a seamless omni customer experience.

Shailey Hingorani is the Head of Advocacy, Research, and Communications at AWARE, the Association of Women for Action and Research. Before joining AWARE, she worked on women's rights and child rights in South Asia, Southeast Asia, and the United States. She has worked with the Open Society Foundations, Save the Children, and the Bloomberg Initiative. Shailey was a Fulbright scholar at Harvard University where she received a Master’s in Public Administration.

Kim Underhill is the founder and coach of Ultimate Balance Consultancy. A single mother who struggled through challenging life experiences to succeed in the corporate world, Kim had the opportunity to understand disadvantaged women who struggle to balance their role as mother, daughter, wife and employee in the workplace. She now contributes in leading DOT’s mission with her passion for personal development, and natural empathy for our beneficiaries.

Ivy is the Chief Executive Officer of Halogen Foundation Singapore. Prior to taking the position of CEO in 2015, she served as Chief Operating Officer and Events Executive for 2.5 years. She led the running of the charity’s flagship National Young Leader Day, launched the annual National Young Leader Award and the Halogen Internship Programme.

Outside of Halogen, Ivy sits on the Advisory Board of My Working Title, NewYork.sg, GEMS Academy and is also a member of the Social Development Network Council. She is also part of the INSPIRIT community led by the National Youth Council which seeks to empower youths to advocate for youths.

Ivy is a Global Merit Scholar from the National University of Singapore and holds a Double Bachelor Degree in Mechanical Engineering and Business Administration, both with Honours. She was awarded the NUS Business School Eminent Business Alumni Awards, Young Alumni Award in 2016.

Hau Yee pioneered JA to Singapore in 2007 and since then under her helm, JA Singapore has taught over 185,000 students with more than 17,000 volunteers since 2008.

Hau Yee graduated from the Columbia Business School with an MBA in Finance and International Business, and received her undergraduate degree from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT) with a Bachelor of Science degree in Chemical Engineering.

Having been born in Singapore, raised in Australia, schooled in Switzerland and worked in the United Arab Emirates, Simone Heng has enjoyed a truly global living experience. A former international broadcaster for media outlets CNBC, CNN, HBO Asia, and Virgin Radio Dubai, Simone now speaks to global organisations like, Salesforce, SAP, HP, VMWare, Everise, Ovo, UBS, DBS, Google, Ted X, Great Eastern, AIA, Eurochem, Manulife, Wolters Kluwer, VLMY & R, The United Nations, Braze and many more, on the human connection techniques that authentically bring us together.

In 2019 she won Asia Youth Women Netizen Award by the Asian Marketing Federation. In 2020 she was named one of Yahoo!’s Top 10 Public Speaking coaches for her work on connection and communication. In 2021, she acquired a Certificate of Higher Education from Harvard University’s Derek Bok Center for Teaching & Learning. She has Communications and Cultural Studies degree from Curtin University of Technology.

Currently based in Singapore, Simone is currently penning her first book on human connection and producing an audio documentary on the same subject, with one of the world’s leading audio content providers.

Sasha is the Founder and Employee Experience lead at wrkflow, a digital employee experience design agency based in Singapore. Wrkflow help organisations redesign the experiences their employees have at work to create a more engaged, inspired and productive workforce. Prior to relocating to Singapore, Sasha spent over 10 years working in HR leadership and HR technology consulting roles with brands like Samsung and Capgemini. Most recently, Sasha led the Powered HR Transformation offering at KPMG for APJ before launching wrkflow. She’s a member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel & Development, a HR Tech Advisor at HerCapital and holds an MBA from the University of Aberdeen.
