Salesforce World Tour Essentials Singapore will take place on Wednesday, 8 May 2024, between 8:00 a.m. and 5:30 p.m. SGT.
The event will be held at Marina Bay Sands.

World Tour Essentials will take place on Level 3, in the Jasmine and Hibiscus Ballrooms.
Event check in will take place in the foyer of Level 3, just outside of the ballrooms. There will be signage throughout the venue to help you navigate World Tour Essentials.
Subject to our prior approval, yes, your child may attend the event under your supervision for the duration of the event. Please email us prior to the event at apacevents@salesforce.com and we will advise of any special information you need to be aware of (such as location of feeding rooms, any service of alcohol to avoid and publicity release requirements).
There are many close by hotels to Marina Bay Sands Convention Centre, and it is easy to get a taxi or public transport from most of these. Some of the closer hotels are:
Morning tea, lunch, and afternoon tea will be provided free of charge. Should you have any special dietary needs, please include details when you register, or contact us with your requests.
There are a wide variety of outlets in and around Marina Bay Sands Shoppes. Click here for options. If you leave the venue throughout the day you will be required to re-enter and have your credentials checked.
Yes, we will be accommodating special dietary restrictions. Please input any dietary needs when registering so we can accommodate them. On the day, customers with dietaries will be communicated with the pickup location of these items. Otherwise, our general lunch menu caters to regular requirements.

The Campground is located on Level 3, in the Hibiscus Ballroom. Catering, Einstein 1, Sponsors and more are all located here. It will be open from 8:00 a.m.–5:30 p.m.
Breakout rooms will be in the Hibiscus Junior Ballroom.
The Keynote is located on Level 3, in the Jasmine Ballroom.
If you do not receive a seat in the Keynote room, please return to the Campground, where you can watch the Keynote from a live feed in all breakout areas.
Registration
The event is complimentary, excluding parking.
Registration includes access to the Keynote, breakout sessions, and Campground. Food and beverages will be provided.
You will receive your e-ticket via email or SMS (provided you opt-in to receive event updates via your mobile during registration) the morning of the event.
When you arrive at the venue, showing your e-ticket on your mobile device will allow for speedy entry. If you do not have it available or did not receive it, you will still be able to check in.
Your e-ticket is also inside your original confirmation email.
Please email apacevents@salesforce.com if you would like to change or cancel your registration. Please note that registrations are non-transferrable.
Please check your SPAM folder or pull up the link on your original confirmation email. On the day, see an Ambassador or visit the registration help desk if you are still unable to locate your e-Ticket and they will be happy to help.

Marina Bay Sands is located at 10 Bayfront Avenue, Singapore 018956. Step free entrances are available. Internally, elevators to all levels are located on the ground floor to all levels.

Yes. Priority seating is available in our Keynote and breakout rooms. You can request this service and others when registering by indicating that you have accessibility requirements.
If you require reserved seating in the larger Keynotes, please plan to arrive 30 minutes before the Keynote begins.
Licensed guide dogs are allowed inside Marina Bay Sands, as long as the venue is informed of this ahead of the event.

Marina Bay Sands is located at Bayfront MRT station (CE1/DT16). The station connects to the Circle and Downtown Line of Singapore's Mass Rapid Transit (MRT) train system.

Marina Bay Sands is a strictly non-smoking venue. Smoking is not permitted anywhere inside the venue. Please keep in mind that if you wish to leave the venue to smoke, you must re-enter and go through security before returning to the event.

It’s our priority to ensure a safe environment for everyone attending World Tour. As such, we’re implementing security measures for attendees upon entry. Small and large suitcases are not permitted into the event, and there are no cloakroom facilities so please keep this in mind when preparing for the day.
