Event Information

Salesforce World Tour Essentials Asia will take place on Thursday, 11 May 2023, from 9:00 a.m. and 3:30 p.m. SGT.

The event will be held at Marina Bay Sands.

World Tour Essentials will take place on Level 3, in the Cassia and Begonia Ballrooms.
Event check in will take place in the foyer of Level 3, just outside of the ballrooms. There will be signage throughout the venue to help you navigate World Tour Essentials Asia 2023.
The event is complimentary, excluding parking.
Registration includes access to the Keynote, breakout sessions, Campground and networking reception. Food and beverage will be provided throughout the day.
  • The Campground is located on Level 3, in the Cassia Ballroom. Catering, Customer 360, Sponsors and much more are all located here.
  • Breakout rooms will be the Keynote room, and one breakout on Campground.
  • The Campground will be operational from 9:00 a.m.–3:30 p.m.
  • The Keynote is located on Level 3 in the Begonia Ballroom.
  • The Keynote is located on Level 3, in the Begonia Ballroom.
  • Follow the direction of Salesforce staff and from Salesforce Ambassadors. Keynote doors will open from 9:45 a.m. The Keynote Room will not be accessible prior to this time.

COVID-19 Health and Safety

COVID-19 Entry Requirements: all attendees will be required to follow any COVID-19 health and safety protocols issued by the venue, and local health authorities.

Tickets and Registration

You will receive your e-Ticket via email or SMS (provided you opt-in to receive event updates via your mobile during registration) the morning of the event.

Having your e-Ticket showing on your mobile device upon arrival at the venue will allow for a speedy entry. If you do not have it available or did not receive it, you will still be able to check-in.

Your e-Ticket is also inside your original confirmation email.

Please check your SPAM folder or pull up the link on your original confirmation email. On the day, see an Ambassador or visit the registration help desk if you are still unable to locate your e-Ticket and they will be happy to help.
Please email apacevents@salesforce.com if you would like to change or cancel your registration. Please note that registrations are non-transferrable.

Marina Bay Sands is located at Bayfront MRT station (CE1/DT16). The station connects to the Circle and Downtown Line of Singapore's Mass Rapid Transit (MRT) train system.

Food and Beverage

  • Morning tea and lunch will be provided free of charge.
  • Should you have any special dietary needs, please include details when you register, or contact us with your requests.
There are a wide variety of outlets in and around Marina Bay Sands Shoppes. Click here for options. If you leave the venue throughout the day you will be required to re-enter and have your credentials checked. 
Yes, we will be accomodating of special dietary restrictions. Please note any dietary needs when registering so we can accomodate. On the day, customers with dietaries will be communicated with the pick up location of these items. Otherwise, our general lunch menu caters to regular requirements.

Flights and Accomodation

There are many close by hotels to Marina Bay Sands Convention Centre, and it is easy to get a taxi or public transport from most of these. Some of the closer hotels are:

Flights will arrive and depart from Singapore Changi Airport (IATA: SIN).
Depending on the time of day, travel time via taxi from Changi to Marina Bay Sands is approximately 15-30 minutes.

Marina Bay Sands Amenities

Male, female, and accessible toilets are located throughout the venue.

Additional restrooms are located on levels 3, along the walkway.

Unfortunately, there are no cloaking options available.
Please contact a member event staff who can raise a first aid response. First aid teams can respond anywhere onsite.
Refillable water stations are located throughout the Campground.
Marina Bay Sands is a strictly non-smoking venue. Smoking is not permitted anywhere inside the venue.

Volunteers stationed at the welcome and accessibility help desk will be able to assist with any accessibility requests. Event and Marina Bay Sands staff will also be able to answer accessibility questions and can direct you to an Abilityforce volunteer.

Marina Bay Sands is located at 10 Bayfront Avenue, Singapore 018956. Step free entrances are available. Internally, elevators to all levels are located on the ground floor to all levels.

Accessible toilets and spacious passenger lifts are available throughout the venue. Lowered or angled counters are located at key retail and customer service points.

A limited number of wheelchairs are available for hire free of charge. Wheelchairs can be collected from the customer service desk.

Yes. Priority seating is available in our Keynote and breakout rooms. You can request this service and others when registering by indicating that you have accessibility requirements.

If you require reserved seating in the larger Keynotes, please plan to arrive 30 minutes before the Keynote begins.

Licensed guide dogs are allowed inside Marina Bay Sands, as long as the venue is informed of this ahead of the event.

Yes! Select sessions from the day will be broadcast on 25 May, 2023. You can register for this event here.
If you’re not available to join us on the day, you do not need to alert us or cancel your registration. The content will still be available on demand after the event for you to view at the same link.
Yes, closed captions will be provided for all sessions. Captions will be provided in English, Traditional Chinese, Thai, and Bahasa Indonesia and Vietnamese.
Yes, all sessions from the day will be available on demand for you to watch at any time.

Security and Code of Conduct

It’s our priority to ensure a safe environment for everyone attending World Tour. As such, we’re implementing security scanning measures for attendees, including X-ray bag checks and metal detectors. Small and large suitcases are not permitted into the event, and there are no cloakroom facilities so please keep this in mind when preparing for the day.
