Career Conversion Programme (CCP) for Salesforce Platform Professionals

 
Launch your new Salesforce career and learn marketable skills for sought after roles in this Place-and-Train programme. Participating companies will employ the trainees before commencing the CCP. The 6-month CCP includes facilitated training by Salesforce or Tableau in collaboration with SGTech and NTUC Learning Hub, and structured on-the-job training aligned to your selected learning track.

Learning Tracks

Learning tracks are aligned to 5 in-demand Salesforce job roles :
 

Salesforce Administrator Track

Salesforce Administrators customise Salesforce, set up and create security settings, manage data, create reports and dashboards and leverage workflow automation.

 

Salesforce Service Cloud Consultant Track

Salesforce Service Cloud Consultants design and implement Service Cloud solutions that are maintainable and scalable, and contribute to long-term customer success.

 

Salesforce Marketing Cloud Consultant Track

Salesforce Marketing Cloud Consultants create customer email journeys. They develop, design, test and analyse marketing campaigns using best practices.

 

Salesforce Platform Developer Track

Salesforce Developers develop applications on the Salesforce Platform and automate business processes with Process Builder, approvals, and flows.

 

Tableau Data Analyst Track

Tableau Data Analysts enable stakeholders to make business decisions by understanding the business problem, identifying data to explore for analysis, and delivering actionable insights.

Eligibility

  • Singapore Citizen (SC) or Permanent Resident (PR)
  • Minimum 21 years of age
  • Graduated or completed National Service, whichever is later, for at least two years
  • A newly hired PMET (i.e. not more than three months from date of employment), and nominated by an eligible company for the CCP
  • Not in a similar job role prior to joining the CCP
  • Preferably with background in Infocomm Technology or business administration
  • Enrolment for the CCP is subjected to employer’s selection based on job requirements, and hiring process that may include screening tests and interviews


Fees & Funding

  • Participants will be sponsored by their employers for the course fees
  • Participating companies can enjoy up to 90% monthly salary and course fee subsidies
