The Westin Perth, is located 11.3km from the airport. Taxi and private limousine transfers are available. The closest bus station is Perth Bus Station, and the closest train stations are Perth Train Station & Elizabeth Quay Train Station. Parking is available onsite but at the expense of the attendee. 
Toilets are located throughout the venue and on the same level as the event - Level 2 next to the Ballroom.
Unfortunately, the venue does not have cloakroom facilities.
Unfortunately, the hotel does not have a parent's room.
The hotel does not have a first aid room. However, there are trained first aiders available at all times, along with first aid supplies. Please alert a member of staff should you require first aid.
There is complimentary Wi-Fi throughout the venue - the “Westin” network can be used, and no password is required.
Yes, water stations will be provided in the event's foyer and the Expo room.
The Westin Perth is a non-smoking venue; we ask that you smoke away from the building.

Crown Conference Centre is located on Southbank in Melbourne. Taxi and Uber are the most accessible mode of transport to get to the venue. The closest tram stop is Casino East / Queens Bridge Street. Parking is available onsite but at the expense of the attendee.
Toilets on Level 1 are located at the South end of the corridor, and on Level 2 are directly at the entrance to the Conference Centre venue.
Unfortunately, the venue does not have cloakroom facilities.
Unfortunately, the venue does not have cloakroom facilities located near the event space. If you require a private area, please notify the event or venue staff, who will do their best to facilitate your requirements.
Crown has first aid officers present on-site across the complex 24/7. Should you require the assistance of a first aid officer, please reach out to event or venue staff, and they will be able to request the help of the first aid officers.
Crown’s Wi-Fi service is available throughout the hotel and event public spaces. This service requires individual users to subscribe (free of charge) to the service via a log-in page and agree to a set of terms and conditions. Users will need to resubscribe (free of charge) to the service after 2 hours or once their 500MB download limit has been reached.
Water stations will be provided in the event's foyer and the Expo room.
Smoking is prohibited inside the Crown Complex. There are designated smoking areas outside and away from the main entrance doors.

The Civic Car Park is a short distance from the Aotea Centre. Please note vehicle height clearance is 2.08m, and there are six electric vehicle charge points. For more information about the car park, visit the Auckland Transport website. The Civic bus stop is located directly outside the venue. The Auckland Transport Journey Planner will help you plan public transport by bus, train and ferry in Auckland. 
The toilets are located to the right of the bar in Stalls Foyer and the left when you enter Hunua.
Unfortunately, the venue does not have cloakroom facilities.
There is a crying room near Door A in Stalls Foyer, and the changing room is next to the women’s bathroom in Stalls Foyer.
There are several first aid kits and a defibrillator that the Front of House team manages. Please alert a member of staff should you require first aid.

The W Hotel is 16km from the airport. Taxis and private limousine/van transfers are available. The closest bus station is Queen Street Bus Station, and the closest train stations are Central Railway Station & Roma Street Station. Parking is available onsite but at the expense of the attendee.
There are two sets of toilets on Level 3: One located to the right of the Great Room Foyer entrance, following the abstract art walls. The second set is to the left when you exit the lifts before you walk through the atrium towards the Great Room.
Coats and bags can be stored with our concierge team on the Lower Ground level. However, we can arrange space on level 3, should you require a lot of space.
The Parent's room is located within the accessible bathroom nearest the lifts.
First aid kits are located on each level of the hotel. Level 3 is located behind our bar. The First Aid room is on Level 1 in the office behind the hotel reception. Please alert a member of staff should you require first aid.
Complimentary Wi-Fi is available throughout the hotel, including the event spaces. The network is ‘W Hotels’. A pop-up browser will appear where you will be asked to click ‘connect’ to become connected to the Wi-Fi.
Yes, water stations will be set in the event room and can be found in the Ballroom foyer and the Expo space.
This is a smoke-free hotel. There is a designated smoking area outside the front of the hotel behind the W sign on North Quay.

Yes. Priority seating is available in our keynote and breakout rooms. When registering, you can request this service and others by indicating that you have accessibility requirements. If you require reserved seating in the larger keynotes, please plan to arrive 30 minutes before the keynote begins.
Yes, guide dogs and other registered assistance dogs are welcome in all venue areas.
There are power outlets located throughout the venues. Feel free to charge wherever and when needed. Can't find one? Speak to one of our staff members.
There is seating throughout all venues that is able to be utilised if you are to get tired or require a rest.

Perth - step-free access is available via the hotel’s main entrance to the event level floor.
Melbourne - step-free entrances are available throughout the Crown complex. However, the Crown Promenade is the most direct way to access the Convention Centre. Once inside the lobby, follow directions to the Convention Centre.
Auckland - step-free access is available from street level through entrance doors Two, and via the underground car park.
Brisbane - step-free access is available via the hotel’s main entrance to the event level floor. 
At Salesforce Live Auckland, a wheelchair can be made available upon request.
No, only the Accessible Bathroom is gender-neutral at each of the Salesforce Live venues.
Venue staff can assist you from the front door to the Salesforce Live event space.
All of our locations utilise standard height tables for demos and registration; however, please advise any requests when registering by indicating that you have accessibility requirements, and our team will ensure your on-site experience is enjoyable.
 

Food and Beverage

Food and beverage are free, including morning tea, lunch in Melbourne & Auckland, and morning tea only in Brisbane and Perth. Subject to change.
Should you have special dietary needs, please include details when registering or contact us with your requests.
Perth - There is a restaurant within the Westin hotel. Other cafes and restaurants are a 5-10 minute walk away.
Melbourne - There are a variety of restaurants and cafes located in the Crown complex.
Auckland - A variety of restaurants and cafes are located a 5-10 minute walk from the venue.
Brisbane - There is a restaurant in the hotel. Other cafes and restaurants are a 5-10 minute walk away.
The morning tea and lunch menus cater to most dietary requirements. If you have any special requirements, please note these when you register.
 

Tickets and Registration

You will receive your e-Ticket via email or SMS (provided you opt-in to receive event updates via your mobile during registration) the morning of the event. You also have a link to your e-Ticket in your original registration confirmation email.

Showing your e-Ticket on your mobile device upon arrival at the venue will allow for speedy entry. If you do not have it available or did not receive it, you will still be able to check in.
Please check your SPAM mailbox. Please visit the registration help desk on the day if you are still unable to locate your e-Ticket; they will be happy to help.

All attendees must follow all COVID-19 health and safety protocols issued by Salesforce, the venue, and local health authorities to attend the event. More details will be shared with registrants via email and on the event website before the event.
