Event Information
Salesforce World Tour Sydney will take place on Wednesday, 1 March 2023, from 8:00 a.m. and 6:00 p.m. AEDT.

Event check in will take place via the Event Deck on Level 4, accessible from the level 2 concourse. There will be signage throughout the venue to help you navigate Salesforce World Tour Sydney 2023.
- The Campground is located on Level 1, access via Level 2 escalators. Breakouts, Catering, Customer 360, Sponsors and much more are all located here.
- The Campground will be operational from 8:00 a.m.– 6:00 p.m.
- The Keynote is located on Level 4 via Door 5.
- For a breakdown of sponsors and their locations, visit the Visitor Centre on the day.
- The Keynote is located on Level 4, Hall 5 via Door 5 & 6 Foyer.
- To join the queue, make your way to Level 4 of the exhibition centre and follow the direction of Salesforce staff and from Salesforce Ambassadors. Queuing will start from 10:45 a.m. The Keynote Room will not be accessible prior to this time, or via any other entrance.
- If you do not receive a seat in the Keynote room, please make your way back to the Campground where you can watch the Keynote from a live feed in all breakout areas.
COVID-19 Health and Safety
Tickets and Registration
You will receive your e-Ticket via email or SMS (provided you opt-in to receive event updates via your mobile during registration) the morning of the event.
Having your e-Ticket showing on your mobile device upon arrival at the venue will allow for a speedy entry. If you do not have it available or did not receive it, you will still be able to check-in.
Your e-Ticket is also inside your original confirmation email.- Visitor Centres - there is one visitor centre on the Campground floor, equipped with helpful staff to guide you to where you need to be. This centre also operate as a point of contact to the event team, so if you see a need or have a concern, relay it to the staff here.

- Morning tea, lunch, afternoon tea, networking drinks and canapés will be provided free of charge.
- Should you have any special dietary needs, please include details when you register, or contact us with your requests.

ICC Amenities
Male, female, gender neutral and accessible toilets are located throughout the venue. Primary access is at the front and back of the Campground hall.
Additional restrooms are located on levels 3-5, along the walkway.
ICC Sydney has wheelchair accessible parenting rooms equipped with a feeding area, change table and food preparation area. Dedicated parenting rooms can be found in the following locations:
- Convention Centre Ground Level — Located in the corridor next to the cafe directly opposite the first aid room
- Convention Centre Level 2 — located in the corridor on the right between Parkside Ballroom and The Gallery, before you reach Pyrmont Theatre and foyer
- Exhibition Centre Level 2 — located directly to the right of Hall 3 entry point
- Aware Super Theatre Level 2 — located directly to the right of Door 4 entry point.
Please note that if you wish to leave the venue, you will have to re-enter the Event on Level 4 through the initial security check point.

Accessibility
Step free entrances are available at Iron Wharf Place and Woodward Fountain via automatic sliding doors. Internally, elevators to all levels are located on the ground floor to the left of Convention Café or to the right of the Customer Service Desk.
ICC Sydney has equitable and step-free access to every conference, exhibition and entertainment venue. The Convention Centre, Exhibition Centre and Aware Super Theatre are seamlessly connected via the step-free level two concourse which can be accessed from all three venues.
Yes.
Accessible toilets, ramps and spacious passenger lifts are available throughout the venue. Lowered or angled counters are located at key retail and customer service points.
A limited number of wheelchairs are available for hire free of charge. Wheelchairs can be collected from any customer service desk throughout the venue.
Yes: male, female, gender neutral and accessible toilets are located throughout the venue. Primary access is at the front and back of the Customer Success Expo halls.

Yes. Priority seating is available in our Keynote and breakout rooms. You can request this service and others when registering by indicating that you have accessibility requirements.
If you require reserved seating in the larger Keynotes, please plan to arrive 30 minutes before the Keynote begins.

Security and Code of Conduct
It’s our priority to ensure a safe environment for everyone attending World Tour. As such, we’re implementing security scanning measures for attendees, including X-ray bag checks and metal detectors. Small and large suitcases are not permitted into the event, but cloakroom facilities will be available adjacent to the main registration area.
