Closing the Tech Gap: Putting Trusted Data in the Hands of the Public Sector
Customer expectations have never been higher and this extends to how they feel about online government services. At the same time, there's an opportunity for data and AI to enhance service delivery - and citizens are open to it. By prioritising the simplification of online services, improving user navigation, providing excellenet technical support, and making help more accessible, Government can substantially improve overall service quality. The basic user experience challenges are becoming easier to solve with emerging technological solutions, presenting an opportunitiy for governments to begin taking small steps that can dramatically improve service delivery.
