Public Sector Solutions is Salesforce's public sector software. It includes out-of-the-box apps that help agencies deploy faster. Plus, flexible low-code/no-code tools help governments customise to fit their needs. Built on a powerful platform, it helps agencies scale and adapt for the future.

Yes. Customers have the flexibility to buy industry products with other Salesforce products, like Sales Cloud or Service Cloud. Talk to your sales rep about what products are right for your organisation.

Customers can choose to run Public Sector Solutions on Salesforce Government Cloud offerings or the Salesforce commercial instance. Salesforce Government Cloud offerings must be purchased separately.

Salesforce products integrate with many outside applications and systems. For systems that don’t have built-in integration, you can use MuleSoft, work with integration partners or use apps on AppExchange. Talk to a sales representative to get an idea of what integration solution will work best for you.
