- With Salesforce Marketing Cloud and Customer 360, marketers can know more about their customers with powerful data management and analytics, personalize every customer engagement with Einstein, and create real-time marketing campaigns across email, mobile, social, digital advertising, and more.
- At Dreamforce, Salesforce unveiled Content Creation and Subject Line Creation for Marketing Cloud Engagement, which allows marketers to use generative AI to create body copy and subject lines for emails. The company also launched Segment Creation for Data Cloud for Marketing, which allows marketers to create customer segments using generative AI.
