Salesforce Named a Leader in the 2023 Gartner® Magic Quadrant™ for Multichannel Marketing Hubs

For the sixth consecutive year, Salesforce has been recognized as a Leader in the 2023 Gartner® Magic Quadrant™ for Multichannel Marketing Hubs*. The company was evaluated for Salesforce Marketing Cloud, including Marketing Cloud Engagement, Marketing Cloud Personalization, Marketing Cloud Intelligence, and Data Cloud for Marketing.

Why it matters: “Digital marketing leaders use multichannel marketing hubs to deliver contextually relevant experiences on complex customer journeys. Unified customer profiles backed by predictive insights help orchestrate personalized, multichannel engagement,” explained Gartner in its report.

  • With Salesforce Marketing Cloud and Customer 360, marketers can know more about their customers with powerful data management and analytics, personalize every customer engagement with Einstein, and create real-time marketing campaigns across email, mobile, social, digital advertising, and more.
  • At Dreamforce, Salesforce unveiled Content Creation and Subject Line Creation for Marketing Cloud Engagement, which allows marketers to use generative AI to create body copy and subject lines for emails. The company also launched Segment Creation for Data Cloud for Marketing, which allows marketers to create customer segments using generative AI.

*Gartner defines the multichannel marketing hub (MMH) as a technology solution that orchestrates a company’s communications and offers to customer segments across multiple channels. These channels include websites, mobile messaging, social, direct mail, call centers, paid media and email. MMH capabilities may also extend to integrating marketing offers/leads with sales for execution in both B2B and B2C environments.
