Introducing Trailblazer Career Marketplace, a New Talent Hub for Job Seekers and Employers in the Salesforce Ecosystem

Job seekers can showcase Salesforce-specific credentials — including data, AI, and CRM skills — in a centralized destination, helping employers like Deloitte Digital, Cognizant, and IBM Consulting find the right hire fast

Salesforce today introduced the Trailblazer Career Marketplace, a new talent hub that is an extension of Trailhead, Salesforce’s free online learning platform for acquiring in-demand skills and earning globally recognized credentials. This centralized talent hub connects Trailblazers seeking their next role in data, AI, and CRM with employers in the Salesforce ecosystem.

Why it’s important: Businesses around the world are looking for talent to meet the demand for digital skills — especially as AI becomes a major priority. IDC predicts the Salesforce economy, powered by AI, will generate a net gain of $2.02 trillion in worldwide business revenues and 11.6 million jobs worldwide between 2022 and 2028.*

The Salesforce solution: On the Trailblazer Career Marketplace, job seekers can identify themselves as qualified candidates and connect with organizations that need skilled talent. Using the platform, Trailblazers can:

  • Highlight skills and find relevant roles fast: The new Career Mode feature lets Salesforce professionals showcase a unified view of their relevant Salesforce experience on their Trailblazer Profile, such as work history, projects, verified skills, and credentials. And, they can add an “About Me” video to their profile, helping them make a more personal introduction to employers. A filtered search tool makes it easy for Trailblazers to explore companies in the Salesforce ecosystem.
  • Connect seamlessly: Hiring employers can use the Candidate Search feature to find qualified Salesforce professionals who’ve enabled Career Mode, filtering searches by product-specific experience, certifications (such as the AI Associate certification), years of experience, and more. Employers also publish custom profiles where job seekers can explore aspects of their company, like their mission statement, open roles, and media gallery.
  • A more equitable jobseeker experience: Trailblazers control the visibility of personal data, like their full name and profile picture, emphasizing proven skills and credentials to help eliminate bias in the hiring process.

The Salesforce perspective: “We know there is demand for data, AI, and CRM skills, and it’s our mission to help empower anyone to build a career within the Salesforce ecosystem. With Trailblazer Career Marketplace, we’re opening career pathways for learners everywhere while adding a more personal touch to the jobseeker experience.” – Ann Weeby, SVP of Trailhead
