You can use Salesforce Contact Centre with either Service Cloud Voice partner telephony or Service Cloud Voice with natively integrated Amazon Connect. If you opt for Service Cloud Voice with Amazon Connect, you will need to purchase an add-on with the required usage.
In addition to the Service Cloud Voice usage add-on, some components of Salesforce Contact Centre will require that additional usage be purchased over time, including additional messaging packs, surveys, bot sessions and hours of conversation insights.
