Amy Roberts builds training and coaching programs to help clients transform their skill sets through connection, influence, and leadership. Her favorite part of the job is seeing teams get comfortable with being uncomfortable. Roberts is also the cofounder of Salto, which helps young women build new skills to become the next generation of leaders. She lives in Des Moines, Iowa, with her husband, three kids, and two fur children, and she loves to stay active and listen to audiobooks in her free time.
