Denise Martinez

I’m a conversation designer based in the Netherlands, currently crafting generative AI and conversational AI products and features at Salesforce. My background in education and applied linguistics has helped me to tackle real-world language problems and bridge the gap between humans and AI systems.

I specialize in crafting inclusive experiences that consider both language and cultural diversity. My expertise lies in creating effective prompts and responses that enable natural, seamless interactions between users and systems. I’ve had an opportunity to work on a range of innovative projects, including Salesforce for Slack Apps, Einstein Bots for Sales, Sales GPT and other generative AI features.

I’m spending time with my family, David and Penélope, exploring new cities and museums, and discovering different cuisines. Having lived in Spain, I especially appreciate the vibrant culinary scene – simply the best in the world, yet so unassuming! I also love Reformer Pilates and Barre, and find inspiration in my travels.
