Gary Colton is a Principal Security Architect specializing in Healthcare and Life Sciences for the Americas Security Architects.

I support and collaborate with sales, product teams, and customers in the Healthcare and Life Sciences industry to address risk, security, and compliance concerns. Before this role, I served as a Compliance Officer within a hospital organization, overseeing the Healthcare Compliance Program and advising on regulatory compliance issues to ensure adherence to federal and state regulations. Prior to that, I worked in MedTech, managing IT compliance, GxP validation, and SecOps audits, leading initiatives to strengthen security controls and governance processes.
