Jacqueline Tolisano

Jacqui is an experienced people leader and former engineer in the digital accessibility space, with deep technical knowledge and over a decade of experience developing accessibility programs and talent. At Salesforce, she drives accessibility programming to help tech and product teams shift accessibility left in the product life cycle. She's known for empowering team members to do their best work while removing any blockers to progress or success. She leads with empathy and is a passionate promoter of accessibility and inclusion across the organization.

Jacqui has a particular knack for building accessibility programs at large, complex and matrixed organizations that require custom approaches, maximize effectiveness and have the ability to scale. She loves to build strong relationships with strategic partners to bake accessibility in throughout the product life cycle.

When Jacqui is not helping to ensure products are accessible, she enjoys doing DIY projects around the house and spending time with her three adult daughters and her fur babies.
