Krishna is a seasoned cybersecurity expert with over 23 years of experience in Cybersecurity Technology and Compliance, serving as a trusted advisor to Salesforce customers and a key member of the security leadership team responsible for the global Security and Compliance Customer Success function under the CISO organization. With over 10 years of experience in Security and Compliance Engineering at Cisco, Krishna has held multiple roles within the security and technology compliance organizations. He played a pivotal role in architecting, designing, and implementing security services across IAM, Network Security, and PKI domains. His contributions were instrumental in securing all initial audits and certifications for Cisco Cloud Collaboration Services, including ISO 27001, PCI, SOC1, 2, and 3, PCI, FedRAMP, and Department of Defense Certification (FIPS-140-2 Level 3). Additionally, Krishna provided comprehensive support for complex security and compliance reviews for thousands of regulated customers worldwide. Krishna has over 8 years of experience with Novell in building and implementing infrastructure and platform-level security controls, coupled with extensive customer support experience gained through international customer engagements worldwide.
