Nanda Chitrala

Nanda Chitrala is part of the Manufacturing and Automotive Industry Solutions and Product Strategy team. He is responsible for driving industry solutions and product go-to-market strategy for Manufacturing Cloud and Automotive Cloud across the Americas, Japan, and APAC regions. In this role, he serves as a customer industry advisor and helps influence product roadmaps based on customer gaps and inputs. Previously he served as Customer Digital Transformation Officer (CDXO) for the Americas region, supporting enterprise manufacturers like Caterpillar, Cummins, Honeywell, Trane, Dover, Cargill, and Daimler Trucks, among others.

I bring a wealth of experience from the manufaucturing industry. Before joining Salesforce, I played multiple architect roles at a manufacturing company and also at Tata Consultancy Services in India. I received an MBA and MS from reputed U.S. universities. My experience includes digital transformation, technology planning, enterprise roadmaps and execution, and fostering business and revenue growth within global Fortune 500 multinational corporations.
