Singapore - Office Accessibility

Accessibility is fundamental to Salesforce culture. We make our spaces as inclusive as possible, but also know that some of our offices still have some restrictions and limitations.

We want to make sure that visitors, guests and employees are aware of any constraints in our office spaces, as well as highlight some of the accessible provisions that can be expected when visiting us. That way, everyone is empowered to plan their visit and make their time with us easy and enjoyable.

Getting to and from the office

Public bus or train from Singapore Changi Airport offers accessible transportation.

Public bus — Bus # 36 is available at Changi Airport terminals 1, 2, 3 and 4. You may alight opposite Suntec Convention Convention Center to reach the office building located at Suntec Tower 5.

Train — From Changi Airport MRT Station (CG2), take the East West Line to Tanah Merah MRT Station (EW4/CG), then transfer to Circle Line to Paya Lebar MRT station (EW8/CC9) and alight at Promenade MRT Station (DT15/CC4).

As the building is located between two train stations, public train transport will be the best option for your commute. Promenade MRT Station (DT15/CC4) OR Esplanade MRT Station (CC3)

It is a seven-minute walk to either Esplanade or Promenade MRT Station (around 2 kilometers via Aircon underpass).

Grab — A Singapore transportation network company offering a variety of transportation services that works similarly to Uber - private car hire, public taxi hire, coach or shuttle hire, and food delivery. The app can be downloaded from the Apple App Store or Android Google Play Store. (Wheelchair accessible)

GoJek — Private car hire similar to Uber with wheelchair-accessible options. The app can be downloaded from the Apple App Store or Android Google Play Store.

Taxis (metered fare) — You may hail a taxi at the airport arrival hall, or these can be booked at the airport or in advance at the kiosks.

Two accessible restrooms in Suntec Tower 5 are located on the 10th and 13th floors. One accessible restroom in Suntec Tower 2 is located on the 40th floor.

Two gender-neutral restrooms in Suntec Tower 5 are located on the 10th and 13th floors. One gender-neutral restroom in Suntec Tower 2 is located on the 40th floor.

Two parent’s rooms are available at the Salesforce Singapore offices. One is located on the 10th floor in Suntec Tower 5, and one is located on the 40th floor of Suntec Tower 2.

Two mindfulness zones are located in Suntec Tower 5. One is located on the 10th floor, and one is located on the 13th floor.

Snacks are available in the social lounges on the 10th and 13th floors in Suntec Tower 5.

This office building is attached to a mall that offers a variety of food options. Additional restaurants are available in the area within a five-minute distance.

Service dogs must be registered with the building in advance prior to arrival to ensure vaccination records are up to date. Employees must submit a Service Animal Badge Request to Employee Success before bringing your animal into the building.

Vendors and customers with a service animal are allowed in and do not need to go through the formal process.

Emotional support animals are not considered service animals by the local government and therefore are not allowed into the building.

Customers and guests should work with their Salesforce host to put adjustments in place prior to their arrival.

Employees and candidates may request an adjustment by submitting a ticket with Employee Success (VPN required).
