Tokyo, Japan - Office Accessibility

Accessibility is fundamental to Salesforce culture. We make our spaces as inclusive as possible, but also know that some of our offices still have some restrictions and limitations.

We want to make sure that visitors, guests, and employees are aware of any constraints in our office spaces, as well as highlight some of the accessible provisions that can be expected when visiting us. That way, everyone is empowered to plan their visit and make their time with us easy and enjoyable.

Getting to and from the office

The below public transportation options are available to get to Tokyo station, where the Tokyo office is located.

The station is a one-minute walk from the building, and the bus station is about a five-minute walk from the building.

In the office

Eight elevators are available to access SFDC floors.

Six accessible restrooms are available. Two are located on each SFDC floor, one each for men and women.

One parent’s room is available in the building. It is located on the 13th floor in the SFDC office space.

Mindfulness zones are located in the office on the 9th floor.
Wellness rooms can be found in the office on the 10th and 12th floors.

Snacks are available on the 11th, 12th, and 13th floors.

There are restaurants located in the building on the 5th and 6th floors, as well as within a one-minute walk from the building.

Service dogs must be registered with the building in advance prior to arrival to ensure vaccination records are up to date. Employees must submit a Service Animal Badge Request to Employee Success before bringing your animal into the building.

Vendors and customers with a service animal are allowed in and do not need to go through the formal process.

Emotional support animals are not considered service animals by the local government and therefore are not allowed into the building.

Customers and guests should work with their Salesforce host to put adjustments in place prior to their arrival.

Employees and candidates may request an adjustment by submitting a ticket with Employee Success (VPN required).
