Dallas, TX - Office Accessibility

Accessibility is fundamental to Salesforce culture. We make our spaces as inclusive as possible, but also know that some of our offices still have some restrictions and limitations.

We want to make sure that visitors, guests, and employees are aware of any constraints in our office spaces, as well as highlight some of the accessible provisions that can be expected when visiting us. That way, everyone is empowered to plan their visit and make their time with us easy and enjoyable.

Getting to and from the office

Public transportation is available to and from both major airports in Dallas — Love Field and DFW Airport — to the nearest transportation stop, Victory Station, about 0.5 miles from The Union.

Love Field — 5 miles to The Union — The DART’s Green Line is direct from Love Field to Victory Station.
DFW Airport — 20 miles to The Union — The DART’s Orange Line is direct from DFW to Victory Station.

Victory Station — To get to The Union, about 0.5 miles or a 10 minute walk, head south toward Victory Avenue for 0.1 miles and turn right on Victory Avenue for 400 feet. Turn left onto Nowitzki Way for 0.2 miles then turn right onto N Field Street for 0.1 miles. The Union is located on the left. Victory Station — To get to The Union, about 0.5 miles or a 10-minute walk, go south toward Victory Avenue for 0.1 miles, and turn right on Victory Avenue for 400 feet. The Union offers parking 24/7/365 on multiple levels in an enclosed garage. There are three points of entry and exit for all parkers. See the image below for access points and streets.

* Guests, visitors, and interview candidates — The daily parking rate is $4/hour with a maximum of $16 per entry/exit. Parking on level B1 is not permitted and “Reserved” spots are to be avoided on levels B3, B2, and P2-P7. There is a grace period of five minutes in the garage; beyond that time, the hourly parking rate applies. Please note that Salesforce does not validate parking.
* Employees — The daily parking rate of $4/hour with a maximum of $16 per entry/exit still applies as does the rules of not parking on level B1 and avoiding “Reserved” spots on levels B3, B2, and P2-P7. In the office

All floors within the building, including the parking garage, outdoor plaza, and office space, are accessible by elevators. If using the parking garage or outdoor plaza, where only one set of elevators is available, proceed to L1 where the office elevator bank is located across the lobby. If entering the building from N. Field Street, use the elevator bank requiring badge access to proceed to our Salesforce floors. Salesforce occupies the 11th, 12th, 14th, and 15th floors.

The 11th, 12th, 14th, and 15th floors offer accessible restrooms within the Salesforce office. Badge access is needed for men’s and women’s restrooms on these floors. A gender-neutral/accessible restroom that does not require badge access is located on the 15th floor (15-C02) near the Welcome Desk and Trailblazer Academy.m.

Four gender-neutral restrooms are available in this building in the following locations:

15th floor — across from 15-C02 (Trailblazer Academy, near the Welcome Desk)
14th floor — by the restrooms between 14-C15 and 14-C16
12th floor — by the restrooms between 12-C16 and 12-C17
11th floor — by the restrooms between 11-C12 and 11-C13

Three parent's rooms are available in the Salesforce office space at The Union. One parents’ room is located on the 12th floor, one is located on the 14th floor, and one is located on the 15th floor.

Four mindfulness zones are available in the Salesforce office space at The Union. One mindfulness zone is located on the 11th floor, one is located on the 12th floor, one is located on the 14th floor, and one is located on the 15th floor.

Two reflection rooms are available in the Salesforce office space at The Union. One is located on the 11th floor and one is located on the 14th floor.

Snacks are located in all social lounges on the 11th, 12th, 14th, and 15th floors.

Several restaurants with different cuisines are available in the plaza on the 2nd level. To access the 2nd level plaza via elevators, ride the Salesforce elevators to the 1st level of the building, cross the lobby to the parking/plaza elevator bank located next to building security, and ride that set of elevators to the 2nd floor. Many restaurants are also located within a short distance of The Union.

Service dogs are permitted in the building. Employees must submit a Service Animal Badge Request to Employee Success before bringing the service animal into the building. Vendors and customers do not need to go through the formal process.

Customers and guests can work with their host to request disability-related accommodations prior to their visit.

Employees can submit a workplace accommodations ticket prior to their visit to put accommodations in place.

Requests should be submitted at least five (5) days in advance to ensure our teams have ample time to put accommodations in place. We will do our best to accommodate last-minute requests but cannot guarantee a quick turnaround.
