Accessibility is fundamental to Salesforce culture. We make our spaces as inclusive as possible, but also know that some of our offices still have some restrictions and limitations.

We want to make sure that visitors, guests, and employees are aware of any constraints in our office spaces, as well as highlight some of the accessible provisions that can be expected when visiting us. That way, everyone is empowered to plan their visit and make their time with us easy and enjoyable.

Getting to and from the office

Accessible travel to and from the airport is available.

Traveling by rideshare (Uber or Lyft) or train is the best option.

The Trimet Trip Planner is the most effective way to plan your travel in the Portland Metro Area and will direct you to the nearest public transit stop relevant for your trip. Bus stops are located 5–15-minutes from the office.

In the office

All floors are accessible via elevator.

Accessible bathroom stalls are available in each of the restrooms on all floors of the building.

The locker rooms attached to the 1st floor restrooms are equipped with accessible shower stalls.

One gender-neutral restroom is located on all Salesforce-occupied floors of the office building adjacent to the gendered restrooms, notated by signage.

Two parent's rooms are available in this building. One is located on the 3rd floor in room HL03-C04, and one is located on the 4th floor in room HL04-S09.

One mindfulness zone is located in this building. This non-bookable room is located on the 3rd floor in room HL03-C19, and is available on a first-come, first-served basis.

Snacks are available on the 3rd and 4th floors in the social lounges/kitchens.

Service dogs are permitted in the building but must be registered in advance prior to arrival to ensure vaccination records are up to date. Employees must submit a Service Animal Badge Request to Employee Success before bringing your animal into the building.

Vendors and customers with a service animal are allowed in and do not need to go through the formal process.

Emotional Support Animals are permitted in the building. Employees must submit a Service Animal Badge Request to Employee Success before bringing the service animal into the building. Vendors and customers do not need to go through the formal process.

Customers and guests can work with their host to request disability-related accommodations prior to their visit.

Employees can submit a workplace accommodations ticket prior to their visit to put accommodations in place.

Requests should be submitted at least five (5) days in advance to ensure our teams have ample time to put accommodations in place. We will do our best to accommodate last-minute requests but cannot guarantee a quick turnaround.
