San Francisco Headquarters - Office Accessibility

Accessibility is fundamental to Salesforce culture. We make our spaces as inclusive as possible, but also know that some of our offices still have some restrictions and limitations.

We want to make sure that visitors, guests, and employees are aware of any constraints in our office spaces, as well as highlight some of the accessible provisions that can be expected when visiting us. That way, everyone is empowered to plan their visit and make their time with us easy and enjoyable.

Getting to and from the office

The Bay Area Rapid Transit (BART) is a rapid transit system serving the San Francisco Bay Area in California.

The BART is accessible to and from the San Francisco International Airport and Oakland International Airport.
Check the elevator status page prior to your visit to ensure you can access all levels.

To reach the San Francisco Salesforce Tower from the San Francisco International Airport (SFO):
- Take BART Yellow line to Montgomery to reach Salesforce Tower, East, and West. Elevators are available to enter and exit.
- Take BART Yellow line to Embarcadero to reach Rincon Center and 123 Mission. Elevators are available to enter and exit.
* NOTE: AirTrain often does not run at SFO at night (after 8:00 p.m./10:00 p.m. some nights). Refer to the BART site for details.
- Pro tip: Ask a bus to take you to BART (they don't normally but will if you ask nicely)

To reach the San Francisco Salesforce Tower from the Oakland International Airport:
- Take BART Beige line to Coliseum Station then transfer to BART Blue or Green line to Montgomery to reach Salesforce Tower, East, and West. Elevators are available to enter and exit.

The transit center is designed to serve people with disabilities and includes accessible entrances, exits, paths of travel, restrooms, and five sets of public elevators throughout the building for the bus deck and rooftop park.

To get to the Salesforce Transit Center and Park:

- If you’re already in Salesforce Tower, make your way to the 5th floor in the building. Once there, follow the path to the park level (note, there are badge readers).
- At the plaza, on Mission and Fremont Street heading towards Howard Street (or the backside of the Transit Center and Park) is an accessible public elevator. This is technically part of the Tower and also provides access to Trailblazer Cafe.
