Mason Morfit

Mason Morfit has served as a Director since March 2023. Mr. Morfit currently serves as Co-CEO and Chief Investment Officer of ValueAct Capital, a San Francisco-based investment firm with more than $10 billion in assets under management. Mr. Morfit has held roles of increasing responsibility since joining the firm in 2001, gaining extensive experience working with technology companies. Mr. Morfit currently serves as a member of the advisory council for Princeton University’s School of Public and International Affairs. Mr. Morfit previously served on the boards of Microsoft Corporation; Advanced Medical Optics, Inc.; C.R. Bard, Inc.; Immucor, Inc.; MSD Performance, Inc.; Solexa, Inc.; and Valeant Pharmaceuticals International. Mr. Morfit received his B.A. in political economy from Princeton University.
