Nathalie Scardino is President & Chief People Officer at Salesforce. She’s responsible for leading the Global Employee Success organization, including leveraging AI to drive employee engagement, hiring and workforce planning, equality initiatives, and cultivating its award-winning, values-led culture.

With more than a decade at Salesforce, Nathalie is leading employees through the digital labor revolution, and accelerating the adoption of AI agents in the workplace. She is committed to making Salesforce a best place to work for employees who want to grow their careers, leading innovative reskilling programs like Career Connect to help employees learn critical skills for a future with AI agents.

Previously, Nathalie served as the company’s head of recruiting, onboarding, and employee learning — a unique role focused on the full candidate lifecycle from recruiting and onboarding to ongoing employee development and upskilling.

Prior to joining Salesforce, Nathalie worked at Reed Elsevier (now RELX Group), starting in sales and then moving into executive search focused on the technology and digital transformation practice. She was responsible for identifying C-suite and senior-level leadership talent, in addition to driving succession planning for both public and early-stage companies. Nathalie serves on the board of San Francisco Youth Theatre and the CHRO Academy at the University of California, Berkeley. Nathalie holds a B.A. from Goldsmiths, University of London, and lives in San Francisco with her husband and their two sons
