Salesforce is Named to Great Place to Work’s World’s Best Workplaces List for Third Year in a Row

Salesforce is proud to be named one of the World’s Best Workplaces by Great Place to Work for the third year in a row. We are ranked #3 on this year’s list and Great Place to Work notes that in employee surveys, respondents give very high marks (above 90 percent) to Salesforce for overall workplace culture, contributions to the community, and equality.

For its methodology, Great Place to Work identifies the top organizations that create great workplaces around the world and then publishes the annual World’s Best Workplaces list. To be eligible for the list, a company must be named to five or more national Best Workplace lists within 58 countries, have 5,000 employees or more worldwide, and at least 40 percent of the company’s workforce (or 5,000 employees) must be based outside of the home country. Companies also receive additional credit for their efforts to successfully create an excellent workplace culture in their worldwide locations. Candidates for this year’s list have appeared on national workplace lists published in 2018 and 2019.
