It’s an experience that celebrates Trailblazers and customer success. Dreamforce is where Trailblazers from all over the world gather to share their stories of success and learn from each other. It’s one epic family reunion.
Established in 2003, Dreamforce has grown into far more than just a conference — it’s an experience unlike any other. From inspiring keynotes and sessions to visionary thinking and the future of business — to actually changing the world — it’s an empowering and inspirational gathering.
This epic event features 1,200+ keynotes, sessions, workshops and demos featuring innovative product launches, world leaders, product experts, AI visionaries, and more.
Dreamforce takes place in San Francisco, CA at Moscone Center on September 17–19, 2024. Plus, we’ll also have an exclusive free broadcast experience on Salesforce+.
Everyone is welcome and encouraged to attend, whether new to Salesforce or a long-time product user. Previous years have attracted attendees from all over the world, across every industry and every line of business.
We host many other events throughout the year, including TrailblazerDX, which is geared toward Salesforce administrators, developers, and architects, and Connections, which attracts marketing, customer service, and commerce professionals. Tableau Conference brings together data analysts and business leaders who are changing their business with the help of data. Dreamforce is the largest of them all, and it’s the gathering place for all Trailblazers, everywhere. Whether you’re a company of five or a Fortune 500, there’s something to take away from Dreamforce.
We will be streaming the best of Dreamforce on Salesforce+ from September 17–19, 2024. While there will be some live broadcast-only moments, many of the can’t-miss sessions will be available on demand between 24–72 business hours after the event. We will also have a selection of top breakout and theater sessions from the in-person San Francisco experience available on demand. For the full experience, join us in San Francisco.

Agenda Builder allows registered attendees to view sessions by date and time to help them plan out their time at Dreamforce. Attendees can add a session to their agenda and favorite sessions they are interested in. Please note: Many sessions will operate on a first-come, first-seated basis. New this year: Each registered attendee will be able to reserve a seat for (2) workshops, (2) hand-on trainings, (2) roundtables, and (1) certification.
New this year, each registered attendee will be able to reserve a seat for (2) workshops, (2) hands-on trainings, (2) roundtables, and (1) certification. As you’re scrolling sessions, look for the “Reserved seat” indicator and click “Schedule” to reserve your seat. Please read the “Important” notes to help clarify which sessions are reserved seating and which are opening seating (first come, first seated). We encourage you to check back later, or you’re welcome to show up onsite and join our standby line.
Important: Please note that those who reserve a seat are required to arrive 10 minutes in advance. Otherwise, your spot may be given to someone on standby. Additionally, if you remove the session from your calendar any time before the session starts, your spot will be open for someone else to schedule.
We know there’s a huge appetite for deep learning. We have increased these critical session types as well as room capacity to accommodate as many as possible. If, however, your desired session is “Full,” we recommend that you favorite that session and check back to see if a spot opens up closer to the time of the event. We will also have dedicated lines for those who would like to be on standby if there are no-shows for that session.
In addition, we’re excited to offer more of these session types virtually on Salesforce+ the week following Dreamforce. Check the “Get Hands On with Dreamforce Innovations” Salesforce+ page for details.
Yes. You must arrive at least 10 minutes prior to the session start time or risk your seat being released to someone in the standby line. The reason for this: It takes several minutes to load the room, particularly for those session that require devices, and we want to ensure learning time is not cut into.
All other session types (keynotes, breakouts, theaters, etc.) are open seating, which means those who arrive first are seated first, until capacity is reached. There is no reserved seating, but note that some of our most popular sessions fill up 30+ minutes ahead of time. We recommend planning your agenda based on how far away sessions are, understanding whether there are multiple opportunities to see that session through repeats and whether there are designated overflow locations.
No more FOMO. You can now catch up on all the highlights and key takeaways from our keynote, theater, and breakout sessions with Session Summaries by Einstein.
These short, AI-generated recaps will be available in the Salesforce Events Mobile App and our Sessions Page later on the day the session occurs. Just look for a session with the Einstein icon on mobile, or a blue Session Summary by Einstein button on web. Then click, and begin reading.
Yes! Session Summaries by Einstein will be available for most sessions. These are short, digestible recaps of sessions, generated by Einstein AI technology, available in the Salesforce Events Mobile App or the Sessions Page in the session details. Just look for sessions with the Einstein icon on mobile, or a blue Session Summary by Einstein button on web! New summaries will be added throughout the event.
Additionally, you will be able to find many of our sessions on Salesforce+ after Dreamforce has ended. Look for the “Available on Salesforce+” indicator to identify which will be recorded for on-demand.
There are also filters under “Missed a Session?” that will show you sessions with a Session Summary by Einstein available, or if the session will be available on Salesforce+
New this year, Live Session Audio lets you listen to sessions in real-time from anywhere onsite, using the Salesforce Events Mobile App.

Live Session Audio and Silent Disco are two ways to listen to live sessions and hear audio more clearly while at Dreamforce.
With Silent Disco, you can listen to session audio via a provided headset, if available, before the session begins. Headsets must be returned after the session ends.
With Live Session Audio, you can listen to session audio for any theater listed in the Salesforce Events Mobile App from anywhere onsite. It requires you to connect personal headphones to listen.
Both Silent Disco and Live Session Audio are offered at select theaters only. Sometimes, you’ll be at a theater that offers both options, only one option, or neither. The option you choose ultimately depends on your personal preference and availability.

Here are some safety tips for Dreamforce attendees.
- Upon leaving Dreamforce events at Moscone, be sure to remove your badge.
- Keep your eyes up, your ears open, and your phone away on city streets and public transportation. This will lower the chance of theft and keep you safe on San Francisco’s busy streets.
- Carry your wallet in the front pocket of your pants or the inside pocket of your jacket.
- Avoid leaving bags on the ground or over the back of your chair.
- San Franciscans are knowledgeable, helpful, and friendly. We encourage visitors to ask shopkeepers, hotel staff, or police officers for assistance.
As always, you can dial 911 to:
Report a crime in progress.
Report an emergency situation.
Request help for someone having a medical or psychiatric emergency.
These tips were developed in partnership with San Francisco Travel. For more tips, visit sftravel.com/tips-tourists.
If you notice anything suspicious or unsafe during your time at Dreamforce, you can text our anonymous See Something, Say Something line, which is monitored 24 hours at +1-978-533-4357.

Braindate and Ask The Experts
Braindates help you tap into the experiences and expertise of your fellow participants at Dreamforce. It’s an easy way to connect and learn from each other through conversations about things you care about. Share your knowledge and book one-on-one and group conversations with other participants on the Braindate platform, then meet in person at the Braindates area in Lodge Village (Moscone West, Level 2).
A one-on-one Braindate is a 30-minute conversation that you book with another participant at an event.
If you see a one-on-one topic on the Braindate platform that interests you via their topic or identified Interests, you can request a meeting with the author of the topic by proposing times to meet. Once the author accepts a proposed time, you meet with that person for your Braindate at that time in the Braindates area in Lodge Village (Moscone West, Level 2).
A group Braindate is a 45-minute collaborative conversation that you have with up to five people at Dreamforce.
If you see a group Braindate topic on the Braindate platform that interests you, you can immediately join by reserving a spot. The Braindate takes place at the date and time proposed by the author of the topic. Once it’s time for your Braindate, you meet with your group in the Braindates area in Lodge Village (Moscone West, Level 2).
The group Braindate format is best if you’d like to hear multiple perspectives on a single topic. The author of the topic acts as the moderator, making sure everyone in the group is able to contribute to the conversation.
Networking usually involves meeting someone to see if they have similar interests. Braindate brings together people based on shared interests.
Post a Braindate topic about something you’re interested in discussing on the Braindate platform. Participants who want to dive into your topic with you can then send you an invitation to meet. Explore topics that interest you with the search, sort, and filter functions, then send invitations for a one-on-one Braindate or join group Braindates directly.
Download the mobile app, head to the Connector Hub, and choose Braindate. Browse topics or create your own to start a conversation at Dreamforce.
Your designated location to meet with a Salesforce product expert and get your questions answered. Topics vary by industry and product. Appointments can be booked in the Salesforce Events mobile app, under Connect or onsite. Please meet for your appointment in Lodge Village.
Login to Dreamforce on the Salesforce Events mobile app. Click the side menu navigation, Connect, and then select the Ask the Experts tile. From there, you can browse through all the topics and select an expert who has availability at the best times that work for you.
