An Update on Gender Pay in Ireland

Salesforce has published findings of its 2024 Ireland Gender Pay Report [July 2023 - June 2024], which measures the difference in the average hourly wage of men and women across its Ireland-based workforce.

Equality is a core value at Salesforce, and one of the most powerful examples of this is the ongoing commitment to equal pay and pay fairness. In 2015, Salesforce was one of the first companies to evaluate whether there were any gaps in pay among its global workforce, and continues to evaluate pay — including bonuses and stock — on an ongoing basis.

In preparing the 2024 Gender Pay Gap Report, Salesforce has updated certain payroll categories and employee data.
