Salesforce and Internet retailing have teamed up again to deliver a research report based on a consumer survey to tell the story of grocery shopping through the eyes, voices, and actions of today's consumers across Europe. In order to do that, RetailX surveyed 6,750 consumers across Europe to fully understand their feelings and behaviour towards grocery shopping and the industry.
