Bushfire Recovery Victoria (BRV) was established in response to Victoria’s devastating, bushfire season of 2019-2020 to work directly with affected Victorian communities to support them in their recovery to build back better. It coordinates the recovery effort across many government and non-government agencies to meet people’s needs in the aftermath of natural disasters.
It launched a four-part emergency recovery and coordination platform on the Salesforce Customer 360 Platform that gives customers a single, consistent “front door” experience for accessing any service coordinated through BRV on the front end, without compromising the team’s ability to configure workflows to meet unique, program-specific needs on the backend.
