Anjali Amar

Anjali Joneja Amar is the VP and Country Head for the Tableau Business at Salesforce India . Anjali is a seasoned and dynamic business leader who has been instrumental in driving growth in the IT and Telecom and Media industry in India. Besides the many Business awards that Anjali has won ,  the “Iconic Women of the Year Award” by GCC ASIA for FY 21-22 makes her stand out as a Great Women Leader and Achiever. Her biggest strength comes from Relationships and networks. Over the last two decades, she has developed and strengthened relationships with large clients pan India and across Sectors, resulting in the growth of multi-million-dollar businesses, increased revenue, corporate value, and market share for the business that she has been leading. Leading teams for more than a decade, Anjali has been acknowledged for her coaching-led and empathetic leadership style. She prides at having developed and mentored high performance teams that produce leaders. She is a firm believer of continuous learning to effect personal and organisational transformation. In her last role at Verizon before Salesforce, she was  part of a Global mentoring and coaching program called WOW (Women of the World) , designed to mentor and coach budding women leaders at Verizon. Anjali has astute business ethics and a tenacious attitude. Prior to Salesforce  Anjali has worked in leading organisations like Verizon ,  IBM, Ericsson, Microsoft, Computer Associates and Compaq.  Anjali lives in Gurgaon and is an avid traveller and aspires to go on a world tour very soon. She is a trained Classical Kathak Dancer. She derives a lot of energy in meeting people and loves networking at both professional and personal levels.
