Agentforce World Tour Mumbai will take place in the Jasmine Ballroom and Lotus Ballrooms at the Jio World Convention Center in Bandra Kurla Complex (BKC), Mumbai. The ballrooms are located on the 3rd floor. You can enter from Gate 20.
There will be signage throughout the arrival process and into the venue to help you navigate Agentforce World Tour.
Subject to our prior approval, yes, your child may attend the event under your supervision for the duration of the event. Please email us prior to the event at indiaevents@salesforce.com and we will advise of any special information you need to be aware of (such as location of feeding rooms, any service of alcohol to avoid and publicity release requirements).
There are various options for accommodation within the vicinity such as Trident Hotel Bandra Kurla, and Sofitel Mumbai BKC.
Working breakfast, lunch and evening refreshments will be provided free of charge.
There won’t be any purchasable food at the venue.
If you leave the venue throughout the day, you must re-enter through security and have your credentials checked.
We will have limited options for special dietary requirements. If you have some special food requirements, kindly plan to carry some food for your needs to the venue.
The Campground is located in Jasmine 2 ballroom. Catering, Agentforce Hands-on Training, Agentforce Consultations, demo booths, partner booths, start-up zone and content theatres are located here.
The Campground will be operational from 8:30 a.m.–9:45 a.m and then from 12:00 pm to 5:45pm. The campground will be closed from 9:45 am to 12:00 pm for Keynote.
The Keynote is located in the Jasmine 1 Ballroom. Attendees will be directed from the Campground.
Follow the directions signage at the venue. If you need any help, please reach out to Salesforce staff and Salesforce Ambassadors. Queuing will start approximately 30 minutes before the keynote begins. The Keynote Room will not be accessible before this time or via any other entrance.
If you do not receive a seat in the Keynote room, you will be directed to breakout areas where you can watch the Keynote from a live feed.

You will receive your e-ticket via email or SMS (provided you opt-in to receive event updates via your mobile during registration) on April 11, April 14 and morning of April 15 (day of the event).
When you arrive at the venue, showing your e-ticket on your mobile device and a government id will allow for speedy entry. If you do not have it available or did not receive it, you will still be able to check in as long as you have a confirmation email.

Male, female and accessible toilets are located on each floor of the venue. Accessible bathrooms can be used as gender neutral.
Yes. Priority seating is available in the Keynote and breakout spaces. You can request this service and others when registering by indicating that you have accessibility requirements.
If you require reserved seating in the Keynote, please plan to arrive 30 minutes before the Keynote begins.
All areas of the venue are guide dog friendly, however will need to be discussed in detail for designated areas of the venue.
Yes, you can request an auxiliary aid or sign interpreter (subject to notice and availability) when registering by indicating that you have accessibility requirements. A representative will reach out to discuss your needs to make sure your experience on site is enjoyable.

There are power outlets located throughout the venue. Feel free to charge wherever and when needed.
Yes, there will be rest stops strategically placed throughout the venue. Priority is given to individuals with disabilities.
We will have a lower height table at registration. If you would like access to lower height tables in other areas, you can request this, and anything else you may need, when registering by indicating that you have accessibility requirements.
During the event, Salesforce employees and event staff will be able to assist with accessibility requests at the registration help desk. Event staff will also be able to answer accessibility questions.

Train - Closest stations are Bandra station, Kurla station and Santacruz station.
Bus - BEST buses going to BKC.
Yes, the venue has parking but this will be at your own expense.
Male, female, gender neutral and accessible toilets are located in the pre-function area of the ballroom. Both male and female toilets are located in the Lobby as well as the Ground Floor.
Unfortunately there is no parents room available.

Yes, refillable water stations are located throughout the Campground. We advise to bring your own refillable bottle.

Yes it does. Wi-Fi details will be included on the back of your attendee lanyard.
Additional information
It’s our priority to ensure a safe environment for everyone attending the Agentforce World Tour. Upon arrival at the venue, all attendees will have baggage scanned and pass through DFMD metal detectors. Small and large suitcases are not permitted into the event.
