Getting to and leaving Jio World Convention Centre.

I’m on my way to Salesforce World Tour Essentials Mumbai. I should arrive around 8:30 a.m. IST so I can check in to the event and start my day.

The event finishes at 7:00 p.m IST.

The event is at the Jio World Convention Centre. The address is G Block, Bandra Kurla Complex, Bandra East, Mumbai, Maharashtra 400098, India.

I’m travelling in a taxi or rideshare, or I’m being dropped off.

I can be dropped off and picked up directly at the venue, and there are clear signs that my taxi driver can follow at the event centre. Then, I will allow a 20 minute walk to the Jasmine Ballroom 1 on level 3, where I will see Salesforce and event staff.

I’m travelling on public transport.

The Upcoming Metro lines 2 and 3 can drop you off within a 7-10 minute walk from the venue, and BEST buses run to BKC. If you prefer to minimise any walk time, being dropped off by taxi or ride share is your best option.

I’m driving myself and will need to park onsite.

I can drive and park at the Jio World Convention Centre. There is a basement car parking facility I can use for a fee.

I have arrived at Jio World Convention Centre.

This is what I can expect for the rest of the day at World Tour Essentials Mumbai.

Jio World Convention Centre Accessibility Provisions

The event space is completely accessible. They also offer assisted golf cart and wheelchair services on request, if I need these. I will note this in my registration request if I need these services, and I can also request them from the venue on the day.

I will first need to go through security.

When I arrive at the venue, I will need to go through the security scanning process. This includes X-ray bag checks and metal detectors. I will arrive in advance if I need extra assistance with this process.

Next I will check in to the event.

I’ll go to the main registration area at the Jasmine Ballroom 1, on level 3. After clearing security, I will make my way to the check-in help desk. I will pull up my e-ticket from my email to help me check in faster and collect my badge. Help desk volunteers will be available if I need more help.

What are the food and drink options?

I can get food and drinks in the Campground throughout the day. There will be some lower-height tables available, so I can easily access and collect my food and drinks. Lunch will be in the campground from 1:10 p.m.–2:20 p.m. There are also various multi-cuisine and specialty restaurants, cafés, and bars throughout the event centre precinct houses.
This is subject to change.

How do I get extra help?

I can ask any Salesforce staff, event staff or Jio World Convention Centre employees if I have accessibility requests or need any help. I can also visit the event Help Desk in the Campground.
