Salesforce Named a “Best Place to Work for Disability Inclusion” for Fifth Year

Salesforce has made the 2023 “Best Places to Work for Disability Inclusion” list, which is published annually by global inclusion and equality non-profit Disability:IN.

How it scored: For the fifth consecutive year, Salesforce earned a top score of 100 on Disability:IN’s comprehensive benchmarking tool.

Driving the news: Disability:IN’s comprehensive benchmarking tool analyzes companies’ equality practices and scores them on a scale of zero to 100, helping them build a roadmap of measurable, tangible actions that they can take to achieve greater disability inclusion in the workplace.

  • To be included in the “Best Places to Work” list, companies need to score at least 80 on the Disability Equality Index (DEI®).

Salesforce perspective: “This score is an opportunity to celebrate Salesforce’s culture of inclusion. I’m incredibly proud of the work this team has put in to receive this achievement for five years in a row,” said Catherine Nichols, VP, Office of Accessibility, Salesforce.

  • “We also acknowledge that our work here is never done. We’ll continue to prioritize access and inclusion in Salesforce’s products, events, programs, and experiences to create a truly equitable workplace for all,” Nichols continued.
