EVENT INFORMATION
TrailheaDX is the must-attend conference of the year for everyone who wants to learn about building on the Salesforce Customer 360 Platform. Get hands-on and learn from Salesforce engineers, product leaders, and the Trailblazer Community. Meet other makers, learn about the latest updates, and blaze your trail.
TrailheaDX is the conference for everyone who builds on and customises Salesforce — including admins, developers, architects, and partners. We will provide paths for people just getting started with the platform, as well as for advanced admins and developers.
TrailheaDX takes place in Bengaluru at the Bangalore International Exhibition Centre (BIEC) on December 19–20, 2019.
A light breakfast and lunch will be provided during the event for full conference attendees. Food is also available at the official TrailheaDX evening event. To conserve water, we’re minimising water-intensive products like single-use plastic water bottles.

REGISTRATION
We are currently sold out. You can join the waitlist to be notified before the 13 of December 2019 if more passes come available.
If you have been sent a specific link, please use this to purchase your ticket and activate your registration.
Sponsor registration is based on the number of passes within your package. The sponsorship team will provide you with unique codes that will allow you to register your attendees.
Due to phenomenal demand, and to ensure a great experience for everyone, we are putting a cap on registration.
The full cost to attend TrailheaDX India is 2500INR.
If you have been a unique code, please enter this when requested during registration. The price shown includes tax and we accept Visa and Mastercard.
The Full Conference pass is valid December 19–20 and includes access to all keynotes, sessions, the Trailhead Zone, the Trailblazer Celebration, as well as daily a.m. and p.m. breaks and lunch.
First 1,000 paid registrants in attendance get ONE free $200 certification exam voucher*.
*Limit 1 Salesforce certification exam voucher per person. Attendance for two full days is required. Vouchers expire July 30, 2020. Restrictions apply. Vouchers will be emailed 10 days post event.

All event registration cancellations must be received in writing by the dates listed below. Submit your cancellation request to apacevents@salesforce.com
Full refund: Cancellation notices must be received by 11:59 p.m. IST on Friday 6 December 2019
No refunds: Cancellation notices received after 12:00 a.m. PT on Saturday 7 December 2019.
Failure to check in at the event does not constitute cancellation and will not give rise to a refund or a credit.

If you are unable to attend TrailheaDX, you may transfer your registration to another person within your organisation by submitting the new attendee’s name and contact information to apacevents@salesforce.com by 11:59 p.m. PT on Friday 6 December 2019.

Registration will be located in Hall 5 at Bangalore International Exhibition Centre (BIEC). Hours are as follows:
Thursday, December 19 — 8:30 a.m.–6:00 p.m.
Friday, December 20 — 8:30 a.m.–12:00 p.m.
Important notes:
- All attendees are subject to a mandatory security screening (magnetometer and bag check) when entering BIEC Complex on Thursday, December 19 and Friday, December 20. Be sure to allow enough time for this prior to your arrival.
- You will be required to show a government-issued photo ID when picking up your badge.
- All attendees must pick up their own badge. Pickup for others is not permitted.
- Attendees must wear their event badge at all times during conference activities. If you lose your badge, you will need to go to the Onsite Services desk and request a new one.

Salesforce has not reserved hotel blocks, however here is a list of suggested hotels and their proximity to the event venue:

Car/2-Wheeler/Taxi:
Car & Bike Parking is available onsite. Please follow the signs upon arrival.
Metro:
The venue BIEC is just 2 kms away from the last stop, Nagasandra, of the phase two (Green Line) of Bengaluru Metro. From there you can either take public transport or a taxi.

There is a section on the conference registration form for accessibility requirements. Please indicate “yes” in this section upon registering, or email us at apacevents@salesforce.com A member of our team will contact you to discuss your specific requirements.
Volunteers wearing Abilityforce T-shirts will be onsite and able to assist with any accessibility requests. Event staff will also be able to answer accessibility questions and can direct you to an Abilityforce volunteer.
There are power outlets throughout the Trailhead Zone. Feel free to charge wherever and when needed.
Yes. Priority seating is available in our keynote and breakout rooms. You can request this service and others when registering for TrailheaDX by indicating that you have accessibility requirements.
If you require reserved seating in the larger keynotes, please plan to arrive at least 30 minutes before the keynote begins. Look for staff holding signs with the Abilityforce logo who will help direct you to your seat.
Interpreters can be requested during pre registration or at the accessibility registration counter at the event. We will do our best to accommodate requests on short notice.
Other listening services are available upon request. You can request this service and others at the accessibility registration counter. We will do our best to accommodate requests on short notice.
Yes, our Ohana welcomes you and your service animal throughout the campus. We will have designated relief areas around the campus.

We will not know at point of registration if you will receive the voucher. We can only advise you if you receive it after we checked your attendance history.
Vouchers will be issued post TrailheaDX via the email address used for event registration who attended on both 19 and 20 of December 2019.
Only 1,000 Certification Vouchers available. You must be the first 1,000 who registers and attend both days TrailheadDX India 2019 to be eligible for the promotion. Limit 1 Salesforce certification exam voucher per person. Vouchers can be applied towards any new Salesforce certification registration valued at $200 USD or lower. Vouchers will be issued post TrailheaDX India via the email address used for event registration on December 19-20, 2019. No refunds will be provided for exam fees paid prior to the effective date, on exam fees paid when there was a redeemable voucher, or for unused vouchers. Vouchers are not transferable, not redeemable for cash, and eligible for use by recipient only. All vouchers will expire on July 30, 2020. Offer subject to change. Restrictions apply.

Attire for TrailheaDX is business casual. Bengaluru in December is dry with average temperatures of 16-26 degrees Celsius.
To avoid delays, we strongly encourage you to only bring what you need for your day at the event. The cloak room and bag check is located between Trading Post and Kids Coding Camp.
The Trailblazer Celebration will take place the evening of Thursday, December 19, from 6:30 p.m. to 9:30 p.m. at BIEC.

To provide a welcoming environment for all TrailheaDX attendees, a dedicated parent’s room will be available. The parent’s room is a private space where lactating mothers are welcome to pump. A refrigerator is provided for your use. The parent's room will be located between Trading post and Kids Coding, near the cloak room. The parent's room is open during normal conference hours.
