Skills define the set of jobs a persona needs to complete. They contain a group of topics which further group relevant actions to help focus on all tasks for a persona/use case.
Topics define the jobs an agent can or cannot do through a set of instructions and guardrails. Instructions are prompts that guide the skills on how to best use the action to perform the job within the topic scope and Guardrails define what the agent can or cannot do.
