First up we have Ruka Puckett,
Product Manager for Health Cloud,
to share some amazing innovations
delivering excellent standard of care.
Take it away. Thanks so much, Carolyn.
I'm super excited to talk to you
about what's coming in the Winter
25 release for Health Cloud.
Cloud is built on our number one
which means we can utilize key
capabilities from sales, service
Cloud to be fire aligned.
from various data sources.
Now we provide out of the box health
in order for you to reduce time.
And actually putting those together
and delivering rapid business results.
like industry data models,
UI, complex workflows, and more.
is to be a connected platform
where consumers can engage in real time.
And we built Health Cloud along
all of it is our trusted platform
We're able to have a unified patient
360 view with access to care.
We can ensure great health outcomes and
make sure that everyone has access
With intelligent automation,
opening up more time for patient care.
With stakeholder engagement,
we want personalized engagement
at any channel at any time.
with the connected ecosystem,
and non-clinical applications.
Now let's see what features
The first one is Intelligent
Appointment Management or IAM.
This is our inbound scheduling solution
that comes out of the box
Now we know that scheduler users
when they're creating appointments.
And intelligent appointment management
makes that just a little bit easier.
So let's see what complex
coming in the winter release.
The first one is asset scheduling.
Schedulers can now book patients
like machinery, room, equipment,
something like a wheelchair,
that can also be described
You asked for it and now it's here.
onto a single appointment.
By finding a time when everyone is free.
With concurrent scheduling,
can have appointments in the same slot
like double booking, for example.
And finally, we've made a bunch
of functional enhancements,
being a health cloud troubleshooter.
So your admins can really quickly
that may not be what is expected.
increasing interoperability
We already have our MuleSoft
as well as out of the box
integrations with Soft Direct for key
we focused on our health care
data models all fire clinical data
there were already health cloud entities
as out of the box demos or data model.
and social determinant of health.
Data models are also now out of the box.
we have a new adjudicated claims
your clinical your claims data,
a longitudinal view of patients
who may be seeing multiple providers
and aggregates that on the parent.
In addition to data models
and out of the box integrations,
we also have mappings from DLO to Dmos
data like objects to data model objects.
Part of our data kits include
health Cloud data streams.
They also include data streams
for MuleSoft direct integrations
allowing you to bring in data
Finally, in our data kits,
and ingest them into data cloud.
So with that, let's now jump into a demo
to see some of this in action.
So over here we have a patient
and he needs to be scheduled
Over here he can head over to IAM
we're greeted with a new home page.
This is our out of the box
available to you to start your journey
into scheduling appointments.
so you can make it work for you.
into single resource scheduling
the visit type that Charles needs,
which is a diagnostic appointment.
you could only see provider results
we see that we have asset results.
from Salesforce Scheduler
or from external systems like an EMR.
we also see asset preferences.
And here I know exactly the asset
that I want to schedule with.
and use those asset filters
to narrow down on my results.
and I want to schedule it for 2 p.m..
I can go ahead and click that slot,
review details and click save.
then create the appointment
machine appointment here.
Now let's say that I have
and she also needs an appointment
Now, MRI machines are expensive
when I go to click diagnostic,
that I had just scheduled with,
which was our closed MRI machine.
And I can find the same MRI machine.
We see here that the £0.02
pm slot is still available,
even though I have already booked
an appointment at this time for Charles.
with concurrent scheduling.
for this specific service resource,
we can see that we've defined up
to three patients to be scheduled
Now let's go back to Charles's page.
And we can see that he has a clinical
Now, this referral has come in
and he needs to be scheduled
for a behavioral health session
with Doctor Hyde, as well as a room
heading over to schedule appointments.
Multi Resource Scheduling,
both the doctor as well as the room.
in, I can specify the visit
type as a behavioral health checkup.
the facility name as Greenwood Hospital.
And when I put in Doctor Zahra Hyde
I'll be able to see her availability
so I can find exactly a time that works.
that I'll need this patient room.
And now I can view both availabilities
that works for both of them.
Over here I'm going to choose 4 p.m.
Charles also doesn't have full mobility,
so he'll need a wheelchair
Using this assets, I can type in exactly
that during the time of booking.
So now when I click confirm
all of these resources are
on that single appointment.
and he actually needs to reschedule
Well, we can go back in to IAM
Clicking modify will bring us into
the context of the appointment
After reviewing availabilities,
we can find a new time maybe 5 p.m.
and confirm the appointment
so he can now make his appointment.
have also been integrated
into our multi resource scheduling
or into our multi-step scheduling
So if Charles wants to be booked
we have our multi-step scheduling
which allows both appointments
The first appointment slot.
Let's say that he wants, the first slot
that appears. Let's go 2 p.m.
When we click next for his
say he needs to be booked
for two different providers.
scheduling is also integrated
now with multi-step scheduling.
So we can find a provider
and we can click Add Resources.
to our multi resource view.
Or we can specify that we also want
Doctor Jackson on the appointment.
we can select a time in which
And I see that that second appointment
has both the doctor Kumar,
as well as Doctor Jackson.
both appointments will be booked.
Now we've made it really easy
to go ahead and set these features up.
If we go to our intelligent appointment
we can see that the admin guided setup
how to create your assets,
as well as in the scheduler and EHR tabs
anywhere it's applicable.
And these guided setup steps
make it really easy to get up
Finally, we have our Health
and make sure that all of their data
is as good as is expected.
that all of the records and fields
for all of them are as expected.
I can also check object access,
so if I'm using Salesforce Scheduler,
has all of the appropriate accesses
I'll pass it back over to you. Okay.
we're going to come back with Q&A,
If you have questions, please put them
But next up we have management
how to use Health Cloud to manage
Manish, let's see what you've got for us
I'm really excited to be here
and we are making it incredibly easy
with provider network management.
to address customer feedback,
we are delivering two key capabilities
for provider network management
in the winter 20 families.
That and best integration
and roster file management.
So NPS is a public provider
graphic information about that provider.
typically leverage this data
to be a part of their peer network.
And what we have done in the Winter
we have updated our out of the box
or I can submit the application
to be part of the network as a
I can quickly search the provider
either using their NPI, ID
or demographic information
Once the user selects the provider,
the Omni script connects to the.
Antares pulls in this data
and pre-filled information
throughout the application process.
Now let's talk about raster files.
that contain practitioner
This file contains information
information address changes,
their additional information
such as facilities, working hours,
and map it to their data model as well.
Now, the challenge with raster files
is that these raster files
do not have any standard format.
can vary from file to file.
can have hundreds of fields. Right.
it's very challenging for pairs to map
this raster file to the data model.
we are introducing raster
Now Health Cloud customers
And as a roster file comes in via email,
the automatically create a case
type called case related file
that manages the processing
we are delivering three out of the box
actions that customers can leverage
to process these raster files.
This includes the ability to stage
to create data for staging.
We also have the ability for customers
mapping or create a new mapping.
the ingest data action transforms
the data from raster file
directly into the beyond data model.
we've made it incredibly easy for payers
to process these raster files.
Now let's look into let's
jump in on demonstration.
discussed, there are two ways for me
to be a part of the provider network.
or I can nominate a provider.
So let's look at the process
to nominate a primary provider.
and I can search for a provider
So I'll add an NPI information.
will connect with and payers
using the information from the database.
using the demographic information
such as their first name.
I am just specifying the first case
for the provider I search.
we connect with the NPIs database.
Bring in all the providers
that meet my search criteria.
I can select one provider
then pull in all the data from in pairs
that we are pulling all this data
So I can now submit this application
to the provider to the pair network.
this application as well.
Now let's look at how we would set
Set up Pam using the admin information.
let me send a roster file to the pair
So I'm just going to hit send.
And this will send the, Oops.
So let's try that one more time.
to our administrative setup.
and you can set up the record type
And then you can also define select
Now that's very important.
we are issuing or making available
and out of the box canonical data.
Data set that meets the Pam data model.
you extended the Pam data model to add,
you can also use your own
In addition, we are also shipping,
out of the box DB definitions
if you have extended the Pam data model,
you can also define your own
Now let's look at how roster files
appear for the providers.
as you can go in and you can see I'm
And let's try and refresh
to see if the email came in
file is we automatically create a case
the roster file to that case.
Now let's look at a specific example of
that sent the roster file in.
And I can see that I've attached
that roster file to the case.
Now, as I discussed earlier,
we have out of the box actions
that are available for our customers.
This includes start file staging.
to start the process of ingestion.
we can also create a new data
So this is relevant for scenarios
where if I'm getting the data
from the provider system,
I can leverage the DB definition.
I can just select the roster file
I can also select all the fields
this to the provider data model.
Then I can select an existing mapping.
I can also search for a mapping as well.
I can run the ingestion job.
And what that will do that
will move the data from the roster file
let's look at the innovation
as a part of integrated care management.
Now we have made significant
in integrated care management
In the Winter 25 release,
we are delivered delivering three key
capabilities based on feedback
that we got from customers.
based on employee assessments.
coordinators can update care plans
and drive a comprehensive care
the needs for the patients or members.
Save and resume MTD assessments.
Now, we know that these assessments
and usually it takes more than a sitting
to complete the entire assessment.
care coordinators can save assessment
and resume the assessment
at a later point in time.
community access for care plans.
external users like providers,
can access these care plans and edit
the task progress as a community member.
as a part of Einstein for health.
With Einstein for health,
to leverage the power of Einstein
coordinators and call center
all the patient information
allergy tolerance, allergies, etc.
to go to five different tabs.
Medication summary delivers
that patients are taking,
that have been prescribed
care coordinators can now
look at pre call summaries
in a much more easier manner
we summarize care plans care gaps
so that when the care coordinator talks
a more contextual conversation
that they're having with them.
call center agents can summarize
for their patients and members.
personalized triggers and outreach.
With personalized outreach,
you can create a personalized
and share that with your patients
to have a more personal engagement
With that, let's dig into a demo.
I'm logged into Health Cloud
360 on the right I can see
of Charles Green, who was my patient.
the demographic information
in the center of the screen.
I have Unified Health Score
that gives me information
about patients, about Charles,
about his clinical factors,
about Charles's non-clinical factors.
And finally, on the right,
history of Charles with my organization.
So now I'm going to have a conversation
with Charles about his health.
and learn more about Charles.
That's where the power of Einstein
to generate a quick summary for Charles.
Read before I speak with Charles.
summary for me in the background.
with all the information about Charles,
about his personal information
and the conditions that he's facing
and the problem that he's having.
Now, with that information,
let me start Charles, on an assessment.
I have a library of assessments
from an internal assessment
So let's start an assessment.
And because of his diabetic
meets diabetes guidelines.
the diabetes care plan and hit start.
this assessment is fairly lengthy.
And there is a lot of questions
that Charles needs to answer
for me to better manage his care.
I can specify some information
I can save these changes.
And, if I go back to Charles's record,
you will see that the assessment
Now, when I have a second conversation
with Charles around his health,
And the same assessment is
a conversation and record
additional information about
Charles's care plan as well.
With that and hand over back to you.
Great. Thank you. That was wonderful.
I really appreciate all the information.
I think most of us can relate
but also on a personal level
that the rapid pace of innovation
patients and physicians interact.
because we've got some questions
Lynn has said woot woot, health blazer.
but Raj, I'm going to start with you.
I think the intelligent appointment
management question came in.
be added on to appointments? Yes.
the concept of multi resource
scheduling where you can have
or assets on a single appointment.
where you can view their schedules
but you also have the ability
to mark a provider as optional.
So they may still be busy at that time,
but they'll still be added
So if they're free, they can join.
Great. Okay, let's stay here.
everybody seems really excited.
that you are really excited about?
Oh, I know we just talked about it,
but multi resource scheduling
and I know that you all are
So I'm glad we've had the chance
And especially the ability
to see availability side by side.
I think it'll be super useful
to be able to have that kind of view.
some of the more complicated
and having multiple individuals
scheduled at the same time,
facilities and resources,
how complicated that can get.
Is there an additional cost
come out of the box with Health Cloud
as well as with Salesforce Scheduler.
The only two things to be
look at the volume of service
appointments that are created
kind of month over month.
And the other thing would be,
if you are bringing in availabilities
and the integration costs
that would be the other thing
But as a whole, IAM is included
out of the box with Health Cloud today.
Great. Thank you for that.
we're going to come to you,
for provider network management.
Why is that usually so challenge
in talking to our customers,
when they talk about roster files,
network provider systems.
every provider has their own Excel file,
These files are usually very broad,
which means that they can have
and in one Excel file, in one file,
they might call a provider
or it could be first name,
And you can imagine that complexity
So the feedback we got from
to centralize this process.
And the other important factor
is that the accuracy of this data
you need to make sure that the data
that they have is accurate
because I need this accurate,
to credential the SAP provider
and bring them onto my network.
So when I'm searching for provider,
that data is accurate. Essentially.
the ability to quickly ingest this data,
on your network, credential
them makes it easier for their members
to search for these providers
and get access to care quickly.
about these capabilities?
that you're really excited about
to help customers with this?
Yeah, this was a very technical,
challenging problem to solve.
That's why it's one of my favorite ones.
And I think what we have done the
So what we have done now,
we have built a canonical data model
behind that canonical data model.
all you need to do is map your fields
to the canonical data model,
and we take care of the rest.
of processing these tasks.
And I conversations are everywhere.
but then also speed is another thing
I think when we talk about it.
So, how will Einstein for help
health help our customers?
some of the patient benefits being
both of us have been in situations
where we are talking to a doctor
and they don't have a clue about who
They don't have any information
And you can hear the silent clicks
when they're talking to a patient,
where they're searching for information.
So by, for example, by now
combining patient histories,
a more personalized conversation.
And that eventually leads
to better health for the patient members
And one of the things I was thinking
through as you were showing this
been talking about Agentforce,
but physicians, they dictate
a lot of times their notes.
when those notes are put into a system
that's all unstructured data. Yes.
can be available for patterns.
care and actual care plans,
a physician could just take the work
when they're talking to their patient.
are going to start using this
you really expect that quality of care.
on one question for each of you.
a lot of our viewers are really excited
and the pace of innovation,
So could you tell us what
you are really excited about, of
what's to come on the roadmap
and what our viewers should pay
attention to in the coming months?
Oh, so many things coming out,
especially with complex scheduling.
I mean, this is just the start of it.
a different number of appointments
and how to structure that
and having different participants on it.
So I won't give too much away.
But definitely stay tuned
with both our connected ecosystem
and intelligent appointment management,
And same question to you,
what are you excited about for roadmap?
So again, as I mentioned,
we are working on so many things.
But again, the power of AI,
how do I leverage part of yeah
to improve the efficiency
we have heard from our customers
they can come in different
It could be DMI or it could be wide DMV.
hoping to leverage the power of AI again
transformations of these columns
into the provider data model.
So that's a couple of the capabilities
that I'm really excited about.
because we talk about these unbelievable
and creates so much accuracy.
So when you're thinking about AI,
it's starting with even those smaller
both so much for being here.
And just the speed of innovation
so even though that is it for today,
you can still ask your questions
in the trailblazer community
you get an expert answer.
So thank you for joining us
