Salesforce Contact Center Pricing FAQ

You can use Salesforce Contact Center with either Service Cloud Voice partner telephony, or Service Cloud Voice with natively integrated Amazon Connect. If you opt for Service Cloud Voice with Amazon Connect, you will need to purchase an add-on with the required usage.
In addition to the Service Cloud Voice usage add-on, some components of Salesforce Contact Center will require that additional usage be purchased over time, including additional messaging packs, surveys, bot sessions and hours of conversation insights.

In many cases, Salesforce products integrate directly with many outside applications and systems to help you connect your data. You can purchase licenses of Salesforce Essentials with a monthly or annual contract. To get started, sign up and purchase Salesforce Essentials directly from a free trial. All other subscriptions are generally paid annually in advance.
