We’re collaborating with development councils and stakeholder organizations to empower Black-owned and minority-owned businesses, startups, and entrepreneurs, and to engage with new prospective suppliers and founders for investment.
We’re advocating for meaningful policy reform, including the protection of voting rights and economic empowerment policies that address the equity gap. We promote nonpartisan civic engagement for our employees and our communities.
Artificial intelligence: We are active participants in various AI committees aimed at keeping equality at the center of this evolving technology.
Advocacy: We encourage legislative action by championing vital issues like LGBTQ+ rights.
Climate justice: We support environmental justice to mitigate the impact of climate change on URM communities.
