As part of this groundbreaking deployment, Unity is introducing “Una”, its own AI-powered agent.

By leveraging the power of Salesforce’s deeply unified Platform with Agentforce, Education Cloud, and Data Cloud, Una will provide real-time insights, personalized student services, and automated administrative assistance, redefining what it means to be a truly modern, environmentally conscious university.

Unity will leverage Agentforce, as well as Salesforce’s Education Cloud and Data Cloud to centralize student data on a single platform. The University hopes that over time this integrated approach will reduce advisor workload by about 25% and shorten class registration to under 20 seconds, 12 times faster than before. By automating routine administrative tasks, staff can focus on strategic initiatives like personalized outreach and program development. Meanwhile, we estimate recruiters will save an estimated 17 hours per week by automating repetitive tasks, further boosting efficiency and student support.
