Leading Companies of All Sizes and Industries are Transforming to Become Agentforce Companies

AI is rewriting the playbook for how business is done, determining who wins and who loses.
Today, there is a first-mover advantage for businesses across all industries to redefine operational excellence, unlock unprecedented growth, and do so with a far lower cost to serve and delight customers. The convergence of AI, digital labor, and intelligent automation presents a once-in-a-generation opportunity to make customer interactions far more intelligent, to automate workflows and business processes, to drive significant cost savings, and to boost employee productivity at scale. In today’s agentic world, humans with agents drive customer success together.
Five years from now, most businesses will operate in ways we can barely recognize today.
Five years from now, most businesses will operate in ways we can barely recognize today. We’ll ask one another, “When was the last time you scheduled your own customer appointment or mapped out specific details of an upcoming business trip?” As someone who lives for building transformative software, it is exciting for me and my colleagues that Salesforce is leading the charge in developing and deploying trusted autonomous AI agents that will help fundamentally reshape how work gets done.
Driving this transformation is Agentforce, the agentic layer of the deeply unified Salesforce Platform. What is Agentforce? Agentforce is a proactive, autonomous AI application that provides specialized, always-on support to employees or customers. You can equip Agentforce with any necessary business knowledge to execute tasks according to its specific role. With Data Cloud, our hyperscale data engine, providing seamless integration and access to harmonized company data and metadata from Salesforce as well as across all enterprise systems, Agentforce enables businesses to quickly build and deploy custom agents that will autonomously, efficiently, and contextually work with humans to complete simple-to-complex tasks across sales, customer support, marketing, commerce, and many other critical business functions.
Thousands of companies of every size and in every industry worldwide are embracing Agentforce to deploy autonomous AI agents and seeing remarkable results. Here are just a few examples:
Goodyear rolls with Agentforce
An icon in the world of tires with a rich history spanning more than 125 years, Goodyear understands the importance of rolling with the times and driving toward the future. Amid a swirl of recent technological advancements, they identified an opportunity to unify three disparate sales tracking systems, make the most of their data usage in product and customer strategy, and elevate the end consumer’s buying experience — and they chose Salesforce to partner with on this transition.
To boost Goodyear’s sales effectiveness, Agentforce will use market data to proactively suggest relevant sales opportunities for third-party partners. Sales agents will help automate all of that so sales reps can spend more time selling.
Goodyear customers will also be supported by Agentforce personal shopping capabilities, which will help them find the right tires for their particular needs based on their vehicle type, driving habits, and location. Agentforce will simplify decision-making and help with appointment scheduling and purchasing, improving conversion rates and customer satisfaction.
In the tire shop, Agentforce for Field Service will reduce repair time by assisting technicians with answers to vehicle-related questions, and autonomously schedule field tech appointments when needed.
Camping World blazes a trail with Agentforce
Camping World, the world’s largest retailer of RVs, parts, and camping-related products, is another great example of a company on track to thrive with Agentforce. The company wanted to grow market share from 11% to 15% by expanding its footprint, increasing sales, and improving customer service. But disconnected, RV-specific point solutions and customer processes for RV resales limited lead conversion.
Agentforce will enable Camping World to automate repetitive tasks, such as follow-up communications to sales leads, to ensure opportunities don’t slip through the cracks. To increase the lead-to-customer conversion rate, Agentforce will also reduce friction in the lead qualification process and reengage cold leads — particularly those who were interested in higher-end vehicles.
Equinix plugs into agentic power
Equinix is another autonomous AI pioneer. A global digital infrastructure company providing data center services, Equinix will use Agentforce to address data and segmentation challenges, enabling more effective, personalized campaigns to improve lead generation and the bottom line.
The ability to pull in and harmonize customer and enterprise data and metadata through Data Cloud is key to these targeting efforts. Indeed, Equinix expects the added insights this provides will significantly improve targeting efficiency, helping to quickly scale its sales pipeline.
CaixaBank cashes in with agents
In another part of the world, CaixaBank, one of Spain’s largest banks, turned to Saleforce’s AI solutions to help its reps serve more than 20 million customers across the country.
Agentforce will support human agents by providing quicker access to information and customer data in a single view, as well as streamline workflows to address common issues, such as transaction disputes, credit card inquiries, mobile app questions, and other frequently asked questions.
This will build on CaixaBank’s success testing Salesforce’s AI capabilities across multiple use cases during the last year, to enable important transactions that leverage their 360-degree customer views. CaixaBank will also tap Data Cloud services to give reps better access to customer and enterprise information, ensuring more accurate and timely service responses.
Pandora shines with Data Cloud
Data is the crown jewel that powers AI, and few companies understand that better than the world’s largest jewelry brand, Pandora. With a vision to deliver a best-in-class customer experience, they turned to Agentforce and Data Cloud to create a seamless, in-store-like shopping journey for online customers, streamlining post-purchase service, and boosting loyalty. Now, with the integration of autonomous AI agents into the mix, along with Data Cloud, Pandora is poised to boost customer loyalty and satisfaction levels across all channels.
AI agents will augment the Pandora customer care workforce by efficiently handling a wide range of customer cases, allowing human agents to focus on resolving more complex issues. As a starting point, Pandora aims to manage 30% to 60% of common service cases through Agentforce, unlocking new business opportunities and enhancing customer experiences.
AAA Washington buckles up for the agentic revolution
AAA Washington serves the Pacific Northwest, offering insurance, travel planning, and 24/7 roadside assistance to help its 1.2 million members travel confidently and stay safe on the road. Today, they respond to nearly 1.5 million roadside assistance requests a year and offer insurance, travel services, and membership benefits. However, during high-demand situations, such as widespread weather events, the volume of calls can stretch representatives thin.
Today, AAA Washington is embracing a digital-first approach to better serve their growing member base, starting with roadside assistance. By integrating Agentforce with Salesforce Field Service, AAA Washington will not only speed up response times and improve resolution rates, but also provide real-time updates that offer reassurance when members need it most, and when every second counts.
When a member requests assistance, they’ll interact with Agentforce, which uses natural language to understand the member’s needs. Salesforce Field Service captures real-time data about the nearest tow trucks — including their exact location, skills, and availability. Agentforce can then use that data to schedule and dispatch the closest truck, ensuring members are safe during critical times of need.
Revolutionizing businesses with digital labor
The agentic era has arrived, reshaping every facet of business, regardless of company size or industry. We’re witnessing a digital labor revolution, and its impact is huge and undeniable. And Salesforce, with Agentforce, is at the forefront of this transformation.
With thousands of leading brands globally using Agentforce today, it is widely viewed as a powerful catalyst for unprecedented productivity, growth, automation, and efficiency. As businesses navigate this pivotal moment, the question isn’t whether to embrace this revolution, but how swiftly and strategically to capitalize on it. Agentforce provides the trusted, scalable platform to not just participate, but to lead their industries in this new era of intelligent automation.
