Global pool cleaning solutions manufacturer Maytronics is using Salesforce Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, and Commerce Cloud to deliver exceptional customer experiences for pool owners and business partners.

The opportunity: Headquartered in Israel, Maytronics specializes in innovative technologies and solutions for swimming pool maintenance, from robotic pool cleaners to pool safety products, water treatment systems, and more. With consumer demand for IoT products rising, Maytronics has rolled out a number of connected products to address the market. 

With Salesforce bringing the company’s service, commerce, and marketing processes in one place allows Maytronics to leverage its data to improve customer and partner satisfaction with 24/7 service support, boosting sales through targeted, personalized offerings. Specifically:

  • Embedding Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, and Commerce Cloud into Maytronics’ customer mobile app has enabled Maytronics to provide a seamless customer experience, from dedicated offerings to purchase pool cleaning robots at a shop to on app purchase of products for maintaining them. 
  • This suite of solutions has enabled personalized customer journeys, including recommendations of relevant spare parts and to send push notifications, for example, when it’s time to replace pool cleaner filters.  
  • Maytronics’ B2B portal, powered by Salesforce’s B2B Commerce, allows partners to manage everything from order fulfillment, shipping, payment capture, invoicing, to service by using integrated and customizable business processes and workflows. Today, 55% of service transactions and 35% of payments are conducted on the platform.
