If you refresh or delete a sandbox, cancel your booked scale test days to avoid being charged for them. New slot bookings require at least 2 weeks of advance notice and cancellations require at least 1 week of advance notice. If the test environment upgrade validation fails for a particular scale test day, you can request an additional test from your Salesforce account executive.
Another customer in your instance could be testing on those days, or they were blocked for internal reasons.
You’re required to submit the max RPS before booking. If you test beyond that, Salesforce reserves the right to block a test while live.

Yes, if Salesforce cancels your slot, we give you 12 hours’ notice. You aren’t charged for that day, and you can book the next available slot. Contact your account executive.
Choose a point of contact with access to the Scale Test features. That person receives email reminders and in-app notifications about upcoming activities.
