Protect data in production to navigate legal obligations and reduce your risk. Randomization is used when you need unique data of a certain length. Hardcode when you need to set a flag or static known value. Delete the value when the field is not required or needed. Optionally, remove tracking history and ensure all personal information is no longer available to protect customer data and improve the accuracy of Agentforce outputs.

Easily delete records to increase data quality and protect sensitive information. Delete data at the record level and choose what happens to related files and attachments. Transfer and retain data in a dedicated retention store built on Hyperforce, setting retention data based on key regulations or business requirements. View data in the retention store in your Salesforce org using external objects. Make sure your Agentforce only has access to the most useful, relevant data.

Create, execute, and monitor requests for processing data. Save Admins time by creating policies to automatically fulfill Right To Be Forgotten (RTBF) and Data Subject Access Requests (DSARs).
