For the fifth consecutive year, Salesforce, the world’s #1 CRM, has been named a Leader in the Gartner® Magic Quadrant™ for B2B Marketing Automation Platforms. Salesforce was evaluated for Marketing Cloud Account Engagement (formerly known as Pardot) and was acknowledged for our ability to execute and completeness of vision. We have been placed the furthest for completeness of vision. We believe our placement reflects our product roadmap across Marketing Cloud and Salesforce Customer 360 to truly connect marketing, sales, and service on a single platform.
We’re honored to be recognized in the 2022 report and believe our position in the Leaders quadrant is a testament to our commitment to our core values of trust, customer success, and innovation. We want to thank our Trailblazers – who are the heart of Salesforce – that we feel made this recognition possible.
How Salesforce is making a difference
Over the past year, we’ve continued to innovate and deliver on new features across Account Engagement with our customers’ needs, the evolving marketing landscape, and economic headwinds in mind. B2B marketers are working with more data and technologies than ever before while being pressured to do more with less with tighter budgets and resources.
These innovations are driven by our goal to help marketers build relationships and deliver personalized customer moments in real time, at scale. To that end, we believe these capabilities and differentiators contributed to our recognition as a Leader:
Extensibility
Salesforce Genie
User Interface
Einstein (artificial intelligence)
Partner ecosystem
