For the fifth consecutive year, Salesforce, the world’s #1 CRM, has been named a Leader in the Gartner® Magic Quadrant™ for B2B Marketing Automation Platforms. Salesforce was evaluated for Marketing Cloud Account Engagement (formerly known as Pardot) and was acknowledged for our ability to execute and completeness of vision. We have been placed the furthest for completeness of vision. We believe our placement reflects our product roadmap across Marketing Cloud and Salesforce Customer 360 to truly connect marketing, sales, and service on a single platform.

With Einstein built into Customer 360, intelligent insights, recommendations, and predictions are delivered across all our products. Recent enhancements to Account Engagement include Einstein Engagement Frequency, which helps customers optimize how often emails are sent, reducing opt-out rates and saving cost.
