Revenue Cloud Pricing FAQ

This product is for direct sales users who require quoting. In addition, it is for users who manage and administer the Revenue Lifecycle Management environment, including building products and defining pricing.

Non-quoting users may not need a Revenue Cloud user license and can access non-quoting functionality through Revenue Events. However, a minimum number of Revenue Cloud user licenses are required within the org in order to consume Revenue Events. Contact your AE for Revenue Events pricing.

Yes, a defined number of Revenue Events are are provided to each user per month and can be pooled/shared across the organization. Additional events are purchasable as add-ons. Contact your AE for allocations and pricing.

Revenue Cloud is purchased as an add-on to Sales Cloud and Service Cloud or associated industry offerings.

Revenue Events allow you to extend Revenue Cloud consumption beyond the capacity that is included. Consumption-based pricing scales with your business.

Your AE has tools to help you estimate the number of Revenue Events you may need based on your unique business needs.
