Allie Lawler is a Trailblazer

From Customer Service to Salesforce

Allie Lawler spent over two decades working in customer service, spanning roles as a gas station attendant, bartender, and retail worker. By 2016, she was ready for a change that offered greater stability and structured working hours. Joining a Software as a Service (SaaS) company as a call center employee, Allie was introduced to Salesforce, specifically Service Cloud, for case management. She immediately saw opportunities for improvement, which led her to step into what she calls her “accidental Business Analyst role,” where she started to explore how to streamline operations and enhance efficiency.

Passion for Efficiency and Scalability

Driven to improve efficiency at her company, Allie turned to Trailhead to deepen her understanding of Service Cloud. She quickly became captivated by the platform — its educational value and its focus on equity, accessibility, and gamification. She loved that Salesforce made it possible for anyone, regardless of background, to learn new skills and grow their careers. Through Trailhead, Allie gained valuable knowledge and found a real sense of belonging within the Trailblazer Community.

In 2017, Allie’s dedication led her to a Business Systems Analyst role at a company in the commerce and retail space, acting as an internal consultant and showing the service and customer success teams what Salesforce could do for them. Later, she joined a consulting firm, immersing herself in the Salesforce Platform full-time, focusing on tools like CPQ and Field Service. Today, as Principal Solutions Engineer at Cirrius Solutions, Allie helps companies tackle business challenges and streamline their processes. As one of the first points of contact for showcasing her company’s customer-first culture, she takes pride in creating innovative solutions that empower her customers for success — especially in Field Service industries, where AI and automation can revolutionize manual processes.

Empowering Teams with Agentforce

Allie champions tools like Agentforce, believing autonomous agents can alleviate repetitive tasks, enabling workers to focus on higher-value interactions. A big part of her work is demonstrating how Agentforce supports — rather than replaces — human workers. Allie and her team are dedicated to educating their customers on how Agentforce can empower their workforce and drive scalability. To achieve this, they built comprehensive use case libraries tailored to their customers' needs.

Beyond helping clients with Agentforce adoption, Allie and her team play a critical role in helping their organization embrace the technology. As a result, the entire Cirrius Solutions staff is now Salesforce-certified as AI Specialists and Data Cloud Consultants. Recently, they hosted a webinar with the Field Service team, demonstrating how AI can transform the Construction industry. Allie is particularly excited about the upcoming launch of Agentforce Service Agent for Scheduling, which she believes will be a game changer for her team and customers. For Allie, it all comes down to finding the right balance — helping people focus on meaningful, high-impact work rather than repetitive tasks.

Agentforce is designed to bring agents and humans together, working side by side to help teams scale, focus on meaningful work, and deliver greater value to customers.
