Discovery of Salesforce
Despite her background in engineering and marketing, Doria Hamelryk's journey to finding fulfillment in her career was challenging. Everything changed when she relocated to Morocco for work and was introduced to Salesforce — igniting her passion for the platform and its capacity to effect positive change. She immediately began engaging with the Trailblazer Community, volunteering at local events, and expanding her network. And determined to master the technology, she focused on learning Salesforce skills.
Commitment to Continuous Learning
Doria believes in the transformative power of teaching, recognizing that by sharing knowledge with others, one can become an expert oneself. First, she focused on learning and getting hands-on through Trailhead, where she honed her skills and expanded her knowledge across various Salesforce products, earning 20 Salesforce certifications (and counting). Once armed with the necessary expertise and a robust network in the Salesforce ecosystem, she opened her own consulting firm.
The best thing I’ve learned in this community is to always be grateful. There was a time when I knew nothing about Salesforce. And I was lucky to be surrounded by people who helped me in my learning. They were there when I needed them to answer my questions, whether technical or more generally about my career development. When I became more experienced, I also wanted to help beginners.

Entrepreneurial Pursuits
Today, as founder of Nuvoleous, a consulting firm focused on Salesforce solutions, Doria uses Salesforce to manage her business and show potential clients what the platform can do. She's customized her own Salesforce org to highlight its abilities and how it can solve problems for different industries. Doria utilizes features including custom tools, automation, and reports to demonstrate how seamlessly Salesforce can fit into any business, positioning her as a trusted partner for clients looking to grow their own businesses.
Empowerment through Sharing
Doria's leadership extends far and wide. She has launched multiple Trailblazer Community groups, including the Paris Women in Tech group and the Casablanca Developer Community group. As a co-founder and previous organizer of North Africa Dreamin', as well as an active organizer of French Touch Dreamin', YeurDreamin', and Albanian Dreamin', she has played and continues to play a pivotal role in fostering a sense of community and collaboration within the region. Doria shares her insights and experiences at Trailblazer Community and Salesforce events.
